First and foremost, we would like to thank you for taking the time to look at our offering. We believe in these cattle. We do not just consider the people that make up this sale consignors, we look at them as partners, true friends, and family. Everyone involved with this sale are accomplished cattlemen, livestock judges and most importantly, have unquestionable integrity in both the way they do business and their cattle herds. They will represent these cattle to the very best of their ability. No one will argue that 2019 has been one of the most challenging years for agriculture we have ever faced. That being said, we are all looking forward to a better year in 2020! We have once again proved that nothing can keep American Agriculture down. While many things in the world change, the demand for top quality livestock remains a constant top priority. While putting this set together, Cody and I wanted to offer females that would be valuable additions to many different types of operations. We believe these cattle can perform in all segments of the industry. What excites me the most about this offering is the diversity in breeds and percentages, while keeping the quality, type and kind of good functional cattle at the highest level. TERMS
Terms of the sale are cash or good check payable immediately upon the conclusion of the sale and before the animals will be moved. Seller will reserve the right to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle.
LIABILITY
All animals and merchandise will be at the buyers risk at the fall of the hammer. However, the seller will provide for the safety of each animal for a reasonable amount of time following the sale. Neither the owners, sale manager, auctioneer, or affiliated personnel may be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.

Bred females have been satisfactorily examined for pregnancy. They are guaranteed bred at sale time and are assumed to breeders without further guarantee. Due dates listed for bred females are the results of said examination and/or known breeding dates are intended to be used as estimates of actual calving dates. No guarantee, expressed or implied, is made to the animal’s ability to produce transferable embryos with the exception of those selling as “open and ready to flush.”

Herd Health:
All Cattle have been preg checked at their respective ranches. Dr. Steve Hughes and his partners will be confirming all preg-checking the week of the sale, and will be on hand to write any necessary health certificates. Please contact individual consignors with any questions about specific herd health prior to sale. Rest assured, all the consignors make herd health their highest priority.
ACCIDENTS
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. Owners, nor any person involved with the sale, assume any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of an accident or loss of property.
CREDIT TERMS
Any and all credit or refunds on cattle purchases must be approved with individual owners prior to the sale and is only to be used on cattle owned by that specific individual consignor. Credit not previously approved will result in a no-sale on that animal(s).
CONTRACT
The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between buyer and seller and shall be equally binding in both. Animals that are resold following purchase in the sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected there to are not covered by these terms and conditions.
