The Improvised Shakespeare Company reinvents Shakespeare for the modern audience, and has developed a unique and interactive approach for deepening students’ understanding of Shakespeare’s texts. Based on audience suggestions, this theatre company creates a fully improvised play in Elizabethan style. Each play is completely improvised, so each play is entirely new! This performance promises to make Shakespeare feel exciting, accessible, and relevant to students.
All performances are held in our professional theatres and feature performers from around the globe. Performances are generally between 60 and 75 minutes in length including a question and answer period when possible.
