Combine the honey, sugar and butter in a saucepan and over a medium heat cook, while stirring, for about 5 minutes. Once butter has melted and sugar has dissolved bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly then remove from heat. Place the muesli, sultanas and cinnamon into a large bowl. Pour on the syrup and stir to combine. Spoon and press into prepared pan then bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove and set aside to cool completely. Cut into 5cm x 9cm rectangles to serve.
