Lamb Sliders These cute pint-sized burgers are simple to whip up and easy to handle – perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Method

500g lamb mince 1 onion, grated 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped 1 egg 8 small panini rolls Cracked pepper Lettuce leaves Sliced tomato Aioli or Mayonnaise

Combine the mince, onion, garlic, cumin, parsley and egg. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 small rissoles. Heat a chargrill or frying pan on high and spray with oil. Cook patties for 2-3 mins each side, or until cooked through.
