livingferal products feature the quirky & poetic dreamscape collages of artist Tracy Jager. All items made in Canada. Giclee and archival prints are printed in-house on a large-format Epson printer with archival inks. Textile items (pillow covers, zipper pouches, silk scarves) and phone cases are produced in partnership with a Montreal-based textile company that specializes in digital printing.
Velveteen Pillow Covers Extra soft velveteen pillow covers to inspire comfort and conversation - great statement pieces for the home. Digitally printed, both sides, with my collage images. Easy care covers (machine wash cold, lay flat to dry) have a durable and fade resistant print. 100% polyster velveteen. Finished with a bottom zipper. Available in 18”X18” and 22”X22”. Giclee & Archival Prints Printed with archival Epson inks. Matte prints done on Epson Hot Press paper, an acid-free 100% cotton fine art paper, 330 gsm, with a matte finish and the slightest hint of texture. Semi-gloss prints done on Epson Premium Semigloss, a 251 gsm professional archival photo paper that gives a semigloss/lustre finish with a smooth surface. Some prints have choice between matte and semigloss (see order sheet). Print size/image size noted for each title. Minimum 2 prints per image.

Phone Cases Slim fit mobile phone case made from polycarbon - the same material used for motorcycle helmets - protects both the backs and sides of device. Slim profile won’t add bulk to phone. Print is embedded directly into the fade- and scratch-resistant surface. Zipper Pouches These 9�X4� zipper pouches are great for storing pens and pencils, sunglasses, makeup, or other treasures. Digitally-printed on twill both sides (with different images on each side) with eco-friendly inks that are safe for children. Lined with soft cotton quilted lining Top zipper opening. Silk Scarves Digitally printed silk scarves, made from 100% silk habotai fabric, which is light (8mm) and airy, and printed with a special process that allows the print to be seen through both sides of the scarf. Available in 36”X36” or 26”X26”. Printed using eco-friendly pigment inks. Machine washable (minimal fading first wash, up to 3-5%). Scarves are finished with a durable and smooth machine rolled baby hem. Each scarf packaged, with care instructions also printed on silk, in a small gift box. Minimum order: 6 per design/size. Turnaround In-stock items can generally be shipped within 2-4 business days. However, please allow up to 7 days for an order to ship, in case some items needed to be printed. If you have any questions about turnaround time for specific orders or need a rush order please ask.
Payment Payments by credit card, PayPal and cheque accepted. Credit card and PayPal payments will be processed upon shipment. Please make cheques payable to: TRACY JAGER. Cheques must clear before order is shipped - this can take up to 1-2 weeks.
Shipping Shipping wihin Canada by Expedited Parcel. In some cases (depending on package size and weight) it is just as economical - though faster - to ship via ExpressPost. Both services come with tracking number. If you would like ExpressPost shipping regardless please let me know. Some local orders may be personally delivered. Shipping to US or internationally will be by Tracked Package or Expedited Parcel depending on package size and weight. These services include tracking number and insurance. Shipping time is approximately 4-10 business days. International customers are responible for any customs duty and taxes.
