Rouge Wine & Cheese opened its doors in December 2019, at the time it was the fourth part of the Red series of hostelries including Red, Rosso and Tinto. It was an interesting beginning with Covid arriving weeks later. Fortunately we were able to provide deliveries of cheese, charcuterie and wine which really got our name out there and turned us all into packing experts and delivery drivers – sometimes we were delivering to 40 or 50 houses a day.
