LOCAL NEIGHBORHOODS, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY AND LARGER TRACTS

Outside the limits of the towns of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte lie several prominent Upper Valley neighborhoods and lower density 35-acre subdivisions, which profit from intoxicating views of the stunning peaks, lush drainages and alpenglow colors.
