Owned by life-long Coloradans, Nancie and James Lewis, Crush Wine Bar has been serving up hand-selected vintages to Castle Rock since 2017. Born from the desire to combine Nancie’s culinary and catering background with James’s more than 20 years in the wine business, this local wine lovers’ favorite spot features over 50 wines by the glass and a delicious menu of small, shareable plates. Their hope is that everyone who comes to visit Crush will find something new to enjoy, whether it’s a new wine from a small producer in a far corner of the world, or one of Nancie’s signature dishes, such as the Imported Italian burrata served with prosciutto, apricot preserves, garlicbutter crostini, balsamic glaze & fresh basil chiffonade.
