The average sale price in the Town of Telluride was $2.89 million, an increase of 8% from the previous year. Mountain Village remains a desirable area for buyers, with an average sale price of $3.8 million, a healthy 40% increase over the prior year. The average price per square foot was $1,266, up 41.8% from $893 in 2021.
