And you won’t want to miss our article The Perfect Pair which dives into the relationship between technology and experience. It was inspired by a conversation with Nick LeMasters, the General Manager of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver. We discover, now more than ever, that consumers are craving broader shopping experiences over simply making purchasing decisions online. They want to work with qualified sales people.
