NEW DYEING INDUSTRIAL (NDI) PARK. SHISHI MASTERPLAN

Project Description Shishi is located in the southeast of Fujian, is currently China's largest industrial base of casual apparel fabrics. The project has been analyzed with base of existed plan, research simultaneously the development of coastal dyeing industry, park resource planning and spatial planning, to achieve "three rules one." Planning for the park position highlights circular economy, resource utilization at the core of the development of new textile dyeing and finishing industry cycle park. Actively guide the rational distribution of industrial space, construction and environment-friendly industrial park, build Min Delta Economic Zone resource recycling pilot.Shishi is located in the southeast of Fujian, is currently China's largest industrial base of casual apparel fabrics

Project Introduction The site is located in the western part of Shenzhen City Gongming center, close to the city's main thoroughfares White Pine Road, about 200 meters away from the rail line six Gongming Square Station, development and construction land area 97955.4 ㎥. Project Introduction The Theme of the planning is ecology, inheritance and reconstruction , including the continuation of the ancient town of memory, retain water system characteristics, historical and cultural penetration; while "fine-scale" as an urban design strategy, create a pleasant small-scale, sophisticated city landscape.
