Project Description Shishi is located in the southeast of Fujian, is currently China's largest industrial base of casual apparel fabrics. The project has been analyzed with base of existed plan, research simultaneously the development of coastal dyeing industry, park resource planning and spatial planning, to achieve "three rules one." Planning for the park position highlights circular economy, resource utilization at the core of the development of new textile dyeing and finishing industry cycle park.
