The Key to a Successful Life is Education As of 2012, 31 million school pupils worldwide dropped out of school. In addition, 32 million repeated a grade. Why do you believe they decided to drop out of school? I, personally have several reasons of why I should attend school and thoughts of why other people should attend school. These are money, expand their knowledge and parents’ pressure. These are just my reasons, you may have others. In my opinion, money is the principal reason why we attend school. Most of us have grown surrounded with economic problems, which is why we have decided to graduate from school, enter into college and work hard expecting to earn tons of money. Hopefully, this will happen and we will be able to provide our family and to avoid future economic problems. Some decide to attend school because they want to expand their knowledge. This is the people that are aware of the opportunity that is having a good quality education and that have decided to make of their knowledge something useful. Of course, they care about making money, but they also care about making changes with their intelligence. They have a noble cause. Parents have always known what is best for their children. They know how difficult it is to have success in this world and they want us to be prepared. School is essential and even though some teenagers would prefer to drop out and pursue their dreams or just be lazy all the time, parents pressure will make sure they finis, at least, high school.
Lots of people that have dropped out of high school have managed to be successful in life. It might just have been their luck or natural talent. Either way, this might not be our case. We better attend school and get prepared for the real life we are so close to experience.
Can We Eat to Starve Cancer?
Tenses Review
Eating Out Vs. Eating In Eating healthy has recently become a habit for a lot of people, we now finally understand how important our diet is in our health, in the way we feel or see. I mean, we always knew the role a good diet had in our life, but it isn’t until now that we add a good diet into our lives. However, this is not what everybody thinks. Did you know that Americans eat out 5 times a week? In my opinion, I rather eat in for several reasons. The main reason of why I eat in is because in my house, my mother tries to give all of my siblings and me the best life possible. She knows that health is needed the most. A good life is the one that is filled with love, health, and family. Eating healthy reduces the risk of heart diseases, diabetes and certain types of cancer. Another reason why I would rather it in is that healthy food gives you energy, and at this final high school stage it is definitely what I need. It also gives you a better immune system. These two reasons will keep me going through these last few days, and will make sure I have a great performance at school. Finally, the most important reason is that there is no food like the one my mom cooks. Eating out might be delicious, but let me tell you, that food is not made with love, like the one a mother or a father cooks. It is okay to eat out every once in a while, a good life is also the one in which you spoil yourself, so do it but not so often. You will not only save money but you will invest in your long and healthy life.
Parcial Test
Uniforms at School Throughout my life at school, uniforms have always seemed to be an important topic for all students. I remember always discussing with my classmates if uniforms were supposed to be worn, some hated them, and some really didn’t care about them; but I must say, no one loved them. In my opinion uniforms should be worn because they will identify you with your school by making you feel like you belong there. Additionally, they are the reason of why a school is filled with kids dressed with equality, and finally and most importantly, you will not need to look for different clothes every day which means more time to sleep. You differentiate where someone is studying by their uniform. For example, everyone knows that SCJ students are always wearing that kind of yellow sweater and brown skirt, or maroon pants and jacket. Uniforms are also classy and they make everyone look good. Teenagers tend to be mean, and some of them enjoy making fun of people by the clothes they are wearing or they preferences in clothing. Uniforms are a way to represent equality, kids will not be judged by their clothes if they are all dressed the same. Finally and probably the most important fact about uniforms is that you do not need to look every morning for new and different clothes from the ones you wore the day before. We wear uniforms at my school and all I need to do is check if I had clean socks for the next day. On special occasions we are able to wear jeans and I kind of hate those days because I lose approximately 15 minutes or more time of sleeping making up my mind on what to wear. I truly believe that uniforms should be worn in all establishments. You might not see them right now, but they do bring a lot of benefits, and one day you will realize how empty your life was without them. Okay, I might be exaggerating, but they are really great. Wear them!

Reflection It is nice how we have presented class work and homework in a different way every time. This unit we have put into practice and discovered skills that we haven’t used in a while or haven’t used at all. I really like to see the work of my friends, so I am 100% into presenting all of our work to our classmates. There isn’t something I would really like to change, I believe how we handled this unit was really functional, different and fun.
