Welcome to Your dōTERRA® Wholesale Account & the Wonderful World of Essential Oils
Whether you activated YOUR own wholesale account with a $40 NZD fee (£24 GBP), OR you purchased one of the discounted starter packs, you STILL get to experience the SAME great benefits. You just need to know how to UN lock them!
I understand that it can all seem and feel a little daunting when you first start out with dōTERRA®. As if navigating the world of essential oils wasn’t enough, you then have to figure out how to bring these beautiful oils into your home too, and sometimes, it becomes all too easy to turn your back on learning how to get the most from your account.
But I’m here to help you with all that, and so much more
You see, I very much respect that you have taken an important step towards investing in yours and your family’s health and wellness, so I want to be able to help you make sense of it all. It is my intention to break things down, so that you have a grasp of the common lingo, a brief overview of account features & functions, signpost you to useful resources, as well as know where to go (or what to do) in the event of having a query. So let’s dive in …
WHY dōTERRA®?
Click the link dōTERRA® Our Story a short 4 minute YouTube video to help set the scene. Founded in 2008, and based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, from the outset, dōTERRA® was built on the mission of sharing the highest quality essential oils with the world.
A committed group of health care and business professionals set out to make this mission a reality. They formed a company and named it dōTERRA®, a Latin derivative meaning “Gift of the Earth” The first hurdle to overcome, however, was to establish a standard of quality in an industry that had never had one. This commitment led to the creation of a new standard of quality CPTG™ click to learn more CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade™
Sharing essential oils is a unique experience, and the founders of dōTERRA® recognised that a sales model just as unique would be needed.
In order to best facilitate personal essential oil experiences, dōTERRA® utilise a direct selling model that allows distributors (Wellness Advocates) to work closely with customers, as opposed to mass marketing. This personal approach, allows individuals to experience for themselves, the incredible power of essential oils, while also developing relationships of trust.
dōTERRA’s product offering includes numerous single oils and oil blends, as well as nutritional, spa, and healthy living products, based on essential oil technologies and a comprehensive wellness philosophy.
Of course, none of this would be possible without a Global Botanical Network of committed artisans and distillers. (Click the link for more information).
As dōTERRA® has become a trusted partner in the essential oil industry, it has also been able to help communities improve their own economic futures through its Co Impact Sourcing® model and the dōTERRA® Healing Hands Foundation™ . (Again, click these links to access more information).
How to Login to your Wholesale Account?
Following the activation of your account, you should’ve been sent a welcome email from dōTERRA® to confirm your login information, and/or you made a note of these during the registration process.

You can access your account from any number of digital devices phone, tablet, laptop, etc. Simply go to https://login.doterra.com/us/en us/sign in
The landing page should look something like this, so enter your credentials and away you go …
Account ID# or Email Address
Case-sensitive Password
Once inside, you can search for products, create a new order, see details of past orders, etc.
I’ll cover this off in more detail further into the document.
PV
Now before I get into how you can ensure you’re making the MOST of your dōTERRA® account, I firstly want to take the opportunity to clarify just ONE of the most commonly used acronyms in dōTERRA® PV!
It’s probably a term you have seen or heard mentioned a few times already, but may still struggle to remember, and properly comprehend, BUT because it will become fundamental to your grasp of the basics of your account, it’s essential that I help you to understand.
As probably one of the most popular terms that you will come across in dōTERRA, PV means
“Points Value”, and may form the basis of your purchasing activity.
EVERY product that dōTERRA sells is represented in 2 ways:
1. In local currency e.g. NZD, GBP, USD, etc.
2. As a generic “Points Value”( PV)
Understanding the significance of PV could help you to meet the requirements for any qualifying conditions or spending criteria that apply to promotional offers, etc.
From time to time, you will also come across products that have a 0 PV (zero) value too. These are generally for items that dōTERRA has outsourced (like accessories, such as roller ball bottles, sticker sheets, etc.), Merchandise, Healing Hands Charitable items [Hope Oil & Rose Hand Lotion] and Limited Time Only products/oils [LTO’s].
PV will usually have a close or similar correlation to your OWN local currency and the value of the US dollar. Therefore, for some markets, you will notice that the monetary value of a product is higher than the PV of a product, and for some, it will be lower
The primary purpose of assigning a “PV” to a product is to create a UNIVERSAL value within dōTERRA, and a common point of reference within their many global markets.
What are the FEATURES & BENEFITS of
your Wholesale Account?
1. You will pay 25% below RETAIL pricing (in fact, you will pay the EXACT same price for your products that I do!)
i. With the savings you make on the purchase of just 3 4 oils/products (or even less) over 12 months, you should EASILY be able to recoup back the cost of your initial account activation fee (if you paid one).
ii. Here is a link to the Wholesale Prices Lists for your country. It’s a really good idea to print this off and keep it close at hand for quick and easy reference
NZ (prices include GST)
https://media.doterra.com/nz otg/forms/wholesale price list.pdf
UK (prices include VAT)
https://media.doterra.com/gb/en/forms/price list.pdf
2. Receive a minimum of 50% of your shipping costs credited back to your account as “Shipping Reward Points” (or SRP), and redeem them for FREE products (subject to a small admin fee of $3NZD [£2GBP] per 100 points redeemed).
i. In NZ, we ONLY have access to standard shipping @ $9.95 (NZ Post), so it’s possible to earn back a minimum of 5 points (50%), or a maximum of 10 points (100%).
ii. In the UK, you can choose either standard shipping @ £4.80 (Royal Mail) OR expedited shipping @ £7.50 (DHL). It’s therefore possible to earn back a minimum of 2 or 3.5 points (50%), or a maximum of 4 or 7 points (100%).
iii. Here’s a reminder of when the 50% and 100% terms apply:

iv. Did you notice from the above that 100% SRP are credited back to your account on your FIRST “online” order too, when you start your journey with dōTERRA® [it’s referred to as “enrolment order”]? Just thought I’d mention it in case you had spotted some unexpected points on your account and didn’t know what they were for!
In NZ, that’s nearly enough for a free bottle of Lemon Essential Oil

v. Shipping Reward Points are usually applied to your account, between the 15th 20th of the month following, however, be aware that they cannot be redeemed until the account has been active for 60* days.
*The reason for this ruling is because dōTERRA offers a 30 day money back guarantee on their products, so it prevents people from returning the items and continuing to redeem points that they are no longer entitled to.
3. The opportunity to opt into the LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMME (or LRP)
In my opinion, this has to be the SMARTEST way to purchase dōTERRA®, because when you sign up to LRP, you are signing up to receive FREE products! MORE about this later …

4. Monthly “10% OFF” a chosen Essential Oil or Essential Oil Infused Product. [The PV value of the product will also be reduced by 10%]
5. If LRP or “Auto Ship” [as it’s also known], isn’t for you, you can instead just place Standard One-Time Orders (which simply mean they don’t repeat, and cannot be saved, thereby enabling you to order what you want, whenever you want, without feeling that you’re being tied in to something).
You will however miss out on all of the amazing benefits that LRP brings (but more about that later).
i. Here’s a link to a short explainer video showing how to create and process a Standard One Time Order https://youtu.be/4xK3WQDOX9s
ii. If you choose to use this ordering method, you can still receive 50% Shipping Reward Points, however to qualify, you must ensure you place your order online, and without the assistance of Member Services.
iii. Even if you ARE using LRP for your monthly orders, there may still be occasions when placing this type of order is preferable I have given an example of when it may be appropriate in the section on “What is the Loyalty Rewards Programme and What You Need to Know” on Page 11.
6. Customer Service that’s second to none (in my experience anyway!)
i. For members in NZ, you have the option to phone, email or “Live Chat”. The service is available 6 days per week and is provided by a team in the US who are very friendly and super helpful.

It’s actually MY preference and recommendation to you to “Live Chat”, as it can enable you to present your message more effectively, and especially if it would otherwise make you feel uncomfortable because you don’t like to talk over the phone.
ii. All contact information for NZ Member Services’ opening hours are shown below, but please be aware that these will change throughout the year, with global adjustments to daylight savings, etc. (so I am just sharing what is current as at today, 12th May 2021).
iii. You can LIVE CHAT with Member Services using the following link https://www.doterra.com/NZ/en_NZ and by selecting the purple LIVE CHAT box in the bottom right corner.
iv. Alternatively, can also LIVE CHAT from within your online account itself (via www.mydoterra.com ). Again, look for the purple box, and make sure you have your Account ID# handy.
v. Here too is dōTERRA’s physical address in NZ, in the event of a product return:

vi. For those in the UK, it is not clear to me whether the UK market has the same LIVE CHAT facility that we do in New Zealand, so you may only have the options to connect with Member Services via telephone/email, as follows:
Here too is their physical address, I suspect for Product Returns, etc.:
vii. If you require any product support, for ANY country, you can direct your enquiry to:
7. You will receive a FREE 15mL bottle of Peppermint Essential Oil when you choose to renew your dōTERRA® Wholesale Account every year.

i. The cost of renewal is $30NZD, and for the UK, £18GBP (price includes GST/VAT). As a matter of interest, the wholesale price for peppermint in NZ is $28.
ii. In all instances, this will automatically be applied to your next order, but ONLY after the expiry of your current membership (so even if your membership expires, and you don’t place a further order straightaway, it will simply be applied to your order at the next available opportunity, but NOT if you don’t place a further order).
For example, if you originally activated your dōTERRA® Wholesale Account on 1st December 2020, you could expect your renewal to be triggered when you place your NEXT order AFTER 1st December 2021.
I’ve actually had a few occasions where my automatic renewal has been delayed by a month or 2, despite continuing to place orders probably just a glitch in the system, because it eventually went through
iii. Your renewal will appear something like this on your emailed Order Confirmation:
8. Make purchases from the US Warehouse
i. This is something that is available to all New Zealand wholesale customers, and is particularly beneficial, as there are a significant number of products in dōTERRA’s global inventory, that we still struggle to source “on the ground” in New Zealand.
ii. The majority of these products are in their supplement range, and whilst customers in the UK cannot also access the US warehouse, many of these products ARE thankfully already available to them in the UK Products available :
Vegan Life Long Vitality Pack™
Terrazyme™ digestive enzymes
PB Assist™ probiotics with both Adult/Junior options available
Slim & Sassy™ Softgels for metabolic support & assistance with weight management

Bone Nutrient Essential Complex™ also suitable for men, this complex is a blend of vitamins and minerals to support bone health
GX Assist™ a “first step” in an essential oil digestive maintenance programme, often referred to as a “cleanse”

iii. Furthermore, there are also a number of items of Personal Care items too, and again, the UK thankfully already has access to many of these things too. They include:
Deodorant Sensitive (infused with Douglas Fir & Greek Orange)
Bath Bar Citrus Bliss®
Reveal Facial System a two step system that will leave your face feeling clean, rejuvenated, and youthful
Healthy Hair Glaze promotes improved moisture and softness after styling
Baby Hair & Body Wash blended with vanilla extract, Lavender & Roman Chamomile
Baby Diaper Rash Cream infused with Lavender, Carrot Seed and Tea Tree
Shampoo & Conditioner Samples (10 pack)
On Guard® Toothpaste Samples (10 pack)
iv. In order for you to purchase from the US, will FIRST need to select the US Warehouse option/tab from within your online account. You must do this to switch into the full US product range.
v. You will further need to select whether you wish to create a NEW Loyalty Rewards Order, or a Standard One Time Order.

vi. When purchasing from the US, it is important to note that the prices shown in your cart are in US dollars (this will show on screen as USNZ, so don’t get confused). The appropriate level of GST and shipping will be calculated when you checkout your cart.
vii. All prices are subject to local Currency Conversion, and International Banking Fees will be applied during the course of processing your order via your chosen payment method.
viii. You can redeem your reward points for products on selected items.
ix. You can only qualify for the Product of the Month from either New Zealand OR the US not both, so even if you place a 125pv order from both warehouses, [before 15th of the month], the order which is placed FIRST will be the only one that qualifies.
x. When purchasing the Life Long Vitality Pack (LLV) from the US, you can add up to 3 further (selected) items to your cart, at a discounted price. Some people also intentionally purchase LLV from the US, as it contains a slightly higher quantity of Vitamin D in the formulation, than that which is available in NZ product.
xi. If you need any further guidance around this, please do not hesitate to reach out.
9. Redeem Your Reward Points for FREE Products?
i. This is a benefit that’s available to ALL.
ii. As you accumulate points, either as Shipping Rewards or from the points you earn from your participation in the Loyalty Rewards Programme (or both), you can exchange them for FREE products (subject to a $3NZD/£2GBP admin fee).

iii. Points must cover the whole redemption value of the product, so you cannot partially redeem a product for points
iv. Not all products are availabe for redemption, and primarily, these will be 0PV products (such as roller ball bottles, sample vials, etc.), Limited Time Only (LTO) products, Diffusers, Merchandise and the Healing Hands Charitable items, i.e. Rose Hand Lotion & the Hope Oil Blend.
v. To determine if a product is available for redemption, when you add it into your cart, you will see a small box appear to the right of the product, which will either allow you to select a numerical entry or else it will show” n/a”, as shown below:
According to this customer’s account, they have sufficient points to redeem for ANY of these items! “n/a” means you either have INSUFFICIENT points, or else the product cannot be redeemed for points
vi. The image below shows how the product will appear in your cart, once you have chosen to redeem your points.
vii. Point Redemption information can be found using the following online links: NZ
https://media.doterra.com/nz otg/forms/point redemption.pdf UK
https://media.doterra.com/eu/en/forms/point redemption.pdf
viii. When considering which products to choose to redeem for points, it can sometimes be a good idea to think a little strategically.
In particular, look at the high ticket items like Frankincense, Helichrysum, Yarrow|Pom, Blue Tansy, etc. or otherwise at those items where there is a high variance between the $/£ value and a product’s PV.
A product’s PV will “usually” be close to the number of points required for full redemption, however this may not be the case for some of those items that dōTERRA® may have to outsource. Furthermore, the number of points required for full redemption may also be higher than its regular PV too.
a. An example of a high ticket item in New Zealand could be something like Yarrow|Pom (a favourite of mine). It costs $150 (104PV) for a 30mL bottle, and can be redeemed for 104 points.
b. An example of a high variance item, however, could be Easy Air™ Clear Drops, which are $23, but only 8.5PV. Full redemption for this product would require 16 points.
10. Promotions & Giveaways
i. Throughout the year, dōTERRA® will spoil us with a variety of promotional offerings, including BOGOs, Buy One, Get One FREE and 200PV promos
ii. BOGO means “Buy ONE Get ONE” and are one of dōTERRA’s extra special promotions, accessible to ALL customers, usually occurring up to 2 3 times per year (although we don’t always know when it’s a “surprise”)
During this event, a “Buy One, Get One” deal will be revealed every day for up to 5 days, often with each deal only remaining “live” for up to 24 hours or whilst stocks last.
These deals are pre determined by dōTERRA®, and usually kept “secret” until they are revealed each day.
Basically, by purchasing the “pre selected” oil/product “of the day”, you will receive the second “pre selected” oil/product for FREE. You can usually purchase up to 5 daily deals per account WOW!
In recent times, however, dōTERRA® has been changing up this format, and in addition to the “daily deal” (as described above), they have also begun to offer a “BOGO Box” , thereby revealing ALL of the oils/products that are part of the promotion, on “Day 1”.
Purchasing the BOGO Box not only helps you to SAVE on multiple shipping costs, but dōTERRA® will often throw in an “EXTRA” or bonus oil/product as an incentive when you purchase in this way, plus it’s a great opportunity to stock up, and GROW your collection!
iii. 200pv promotions are again made available to all customers NEW and EXISTING, and like BOGOs, they tend to be offered 2 3 times per year.
An incentive in the form of a “high value item” is awarded when a qualifying order (with a min 200pv value) is placed either as a Loyalty Rewards order or a Standard One Time order.
Some recent past examples have included:
Ice Blue 5mL & Ice Blue Athletic Rub
Salubelle 10mL Anti Ageing blend
Copaiba Essential Oil, Copaiba Softgels & Yellow Mandarin (LTO) 5mL
Frankincense 15mL (this is usually offered at Christmas time)
Portable Pilot Diffuer & Limited Time Only “Citrus Twist” Oil Blend
iv. From time to time, dōTERRA® will offer giveaways on their social media Facebook & Instagram Pages, so that could be another reason to follow these pages, as well as for their educational information. Interestingly, I have been a regular prize winner!
Now that I have covered off some of main features and benefits of your account, the next section will specifically focus on the Loyalty Rewards Programme (or LRP).
Regardless of whether you choose to opt into this programme, I would highly recommend that you at least familiarise yourself with the content I am about to share with you.
What is the Loyalty Rewards Programme (or LRP) and What You Need to Know?
In the month following your NEW dōTERRA® Wholesale Account activation, you become eligible to join the FREE “Loyalty Rewards Programme”, which unlocks many additional benefits, as detailed below:
LRP is definitely one of the most generous loyalty schemes that I have come across, and I posted about this recently on my FB biz page if you didn’t see it, here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/oilystars/photos/a.182606355775265/711941016175127/
The programme is VOLUNTARY, therefore you can participate for as long as you wish, and are you are able to leave FREELY, and cancel at ANY time no questions!
A FRIENDLY WORD OF ADVICE
If you only plan to order 1 3 times per year, or are currently uncertain about your commitment to low tox living, then placing Standard One Time Orders as/when required might initially be a better fit for you.
I would really only recommend participating in the Loyalty Rewards Programme if you are serious about moving towards a more naturally supported holistic lifestyle
You can create your own reoccurring customisable monthly ordering template, in which you can easily add or remove products, for automatic shipping on a specific date (between 1 13 and 16 28 of the month).
I tend to encourage customers to set their LRP auto ship date to the 28th of the month, although you can be bring this date forward by manually processing the order, if you wish.
For instance, if you choose to take advantage of the Product of the Month [which has to be processed on/by 15th of the month].
As a customisable template, it is super important for you to remember to update your cart each month with your new product choices, to ensure you don’t receive a duplicate of last month’s order
Here is a link to a short explainer video, to show you how to set up your first LRP template: https://youtu.be/zkj7bfKvzQc Please note, that whilst this video was created to support the Oceania Market (i.e. Australian/New Zealand), the basic principles apply equally to the UK market.
Receive 100% of your shipping costs back as “Shipping Reward Points” (SRP) 10 in NZ, 4 or 7 in the UK.
Earn the FREE Product of the Month when you place a single 125PV order on/by the 15th of the each month (it will be shipped along with your LRP order). This could be a free 5mL, 10mL or 15mL oil, or other oil infused product, and usually has a value of around $20 NZD. (I mean, who doesn’t like FREE stuff?!). Sometimes, the Product of the Month (POM’s) can be LTO items (Limited Time Only), that aren’t permanently available in dōTERRA’s usual inventory and therefore cannot be purchased separately or earned outside of LRP!
When you place a minimum 50PV order via the LRP, you can earn up to 30% back of the PV value of your order in “Reward Points”. Like SRP’s, Reward Points are credited to your account between the 15th and 20th of the following month
Here is a short 2 minute video from dōTERRA® to recap on all of that about LRP https://youtu.be/wtReB6UoSpI
Although free to join, to qualify for all of the amazing benefits of LRP, there is an expectation that you will order “something” each month, but that should be easy if you’re already committed to living a healthier low tox lifestyle right?
i. EVERYONE that participates in LRP starts off by earning 10% back in Rewards Points on the PV of their qualifying order (unless purchasing a starter pack has granted some “fast track” privileges).
ii. 50PV is the minimum qualifying order to receive Reward Points, however the programme’s minimum monthly requirement is actually just 1PV
iii. Whilst placing an order of between 1 49PV is not sufficient to qualify for Reward Points, so long as the order is placed wholly online, 100% Shipping Reward Points will still be applied to your account.
iv. Furthermore, placing an order of between 1 49PV will ALSO preserve any accrued Reward Points on your account and protect your accumulated Percentage Level.
v. In reality, the smallest PV of any item is actually 5PV. Lip balm, bath bar, sanitising mist and toothpaste are all popular low PV choices, if you find yourself struggling to order something. Reach out if you’re looking for ideas.
vi. Consistently placing the minimum of 50PV each month will eventually qualify you to receive the maximum of up to 30% back of the PV value of your order in Reward Points, with this percentage automatically increasing by 5% every 3 months.
These points can then be redeemed for FREE products!
The graphic below illustrates your typical progression on the Loyalty Rewards Programme.

It would generally take a minimum of 13 months to reach the top 30% level, when consistently placing 50PV orders each month, as shown (see also a working example of this on Page 13)
Because of the reoccurring nature of an LRP template, you cannot checkout an order which contains ONLY 0PV items, and neither can you save an existing LRP template which only contains 0PV items the system will simply not allow it and you will get an error message, or similar.
i. Items that have a 0PV are REMOVED from a cart after an order is processed, and therefore they need to be processed as part of a regular LRP monthly order, and combined with other items that have a PV greater than 0
ii. Here’s a reminder of some 0PV items Rose Lotion, Hope Oil [both Healing Hands Foundation charitable offerings], LTO oils/products (such as the limited time specials & promos we may get throughout the year) and accessories. Unfortunately, the system will not permit you to process an LRP order if these are the ONLY items in your cart.
iii. You may also run into a similar problem when you redeem your reward points for FREE products. As a result of selecting the item for redemption, the item’s PV value will be reduced to 0PV.
iv. To help mitigate these issues, you have 2 choices:
1. Always endeavour to include 0PV items on your regular LRP (these can be added and saved to your cart for future shipping, but only if there are other items in the cart with a PV greater than 0).
2. Place a Standard One-Time Order (see #5 on Page 4 for more guidance on this).
If at any time you wish to use your accumulated Reward Points for FREE products, once you have added the item for redemption to your cart, you must then process the order immediately. The LRP template will not save the redeemed item to ship at a later date, so you cannot include this for “auto ship”. Instead you will have to add the item and manually process the order.
I have already mentioned HOW you can earn Reward Points, both from within the Loyalty Rewards Programme itself, as well as those earned back on Shipping, but I haven’t actually given you a REAL example of what that “actually” looks like.
The following is a step by step example based on the NZ market …
a. You activate your new wholesale account on 1st October with a 100PV order.
b. On 12th November, you place your first order (60PV) as part of the Loyalty Rewards Programme (LRP). For the first 3 months, you continue to place qualifying online orders (50PV min), and therefore you will receive back 10% on the PV value of your order, PLUS 100% Shipping Reward Points (SRP) because you place your orders wholly online.
c. Sometime between the 15th and 20th of November, your account will be credited with the10 SRP from your FIRST “enrolment” order in October.
d. On 3rd December, you place a further LRP order for 126PV, and in addition to qualifying for Reward Points and SRP, you will ALSO receive the FREE Product of the Month with your order yay!
e. Again, between the 15th and 20th of December, your account will be credited with any qualifying Reward Points that you earned on your November order: 6 Reward Points (10% x 60PV), plus a further 10 SRP = 16 points
f. In addition to the previous 10 points on your account, your balance has now increased to 26 points!
g. On 8th January, you place a further LRP, but this time for 200PV. As well as qualifying for LRP Reward Points, SRP and the FREE Product of the Month, you will also receive a further FREE product as part of a “200PV promo” (these happen 2/3 times throughout the year). Your 200PV reward is a FREE bottle of Frankincense Oil!
h. Between the 15th and 20th of January, your account balance is credited with the Reward Points earned on your December order: 12.6 Reward Points (10% x 126PV = 12.6,) plus 10 SRP = 22.6 points
i. Your Reward Points balance has now jumped to 48.6 points, the full breakdown of which is as follows:
October 10 November 6 + 10 = 16 December 12.6 + 10 = 22.6
TOTAL 48.6 points
j. At this stage, and since 60 days would have now elapsed since the account was initially activated, it would be possible for you to begin to redeem any accrued points on your account for FREE products yay! (Please refer to the redemption form link for your market, at the bottom of Page 9).
k. So long as orders were placed regularly in this manner, i.e. min 50PV each month, you could expect to reach the maximum 30% level by the following November (so roughly after 13 months of joining LRP), with percentages increasing along the way, EVERY 3 months 1015202530
l. Let’s just say that for the three months, February to April, your monthly orders dipped below 50PV [which, by the way, is still perfectly ok], then the only real effect this would have on your account, would be a delay in you hitting the 30% maximum earlier.
That said, and as I have mentioned previously, orders of between 1 49PV do NOT qualify for LRP Reward Points, but Shipping Reward Points can still be earned as normal, PLUS your current percentage level and reward points on the account will also be maintained and preserved.

m. So although the difference between earning 10% and 30% each month on a 50PV order may not seem like much, it’s surprising how quickly it can add up.
From 15 points at 10% (10% x 50PV + 10 SRP) to 25 points at the 30% level (30% x 50PV + 10SRP), and all for a 50PV order! 25 points is worth approximately $36NZD in value!
n. If at any time, you want to check the balance of your accumulated Reward Points, and your accrued Percentage Level, look for these purple boxes [next page] when you first login to your account
Now, whilst it is hoped that you will continue to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Programme indefinitely, from time to time, changing circumstances may dictate that you need to cancel your LRP template and discontinue your participation in the programme and that’s just fine. You can always return at another time in the future!
The following explains how to cancel your LRP, along with some further considerations:
i. Did you realise that you can actually have more than one active LRP template on your account at any one time, although until you are more confident with your account functionality, I wouldn’t encourage anyone to do so and it isn’t always necessary anyway.
ii. That being so, as long as you leave at least ONE ordering template “active” on your account, you can actually delete any additional ones yourself if they are no longer required you may have noticed an option within your template which “cancel this order” (on next page).
iii. Unfortunately, the last remaining ACTIVE template can ONLY be deleted by Member Services, so unless you have more than one active template, this may be a bit of a red herring sorry!
I suspect that the reason for this is to avoid the accidental deletion of a template, and to ensure that any outstanding Reward Points have been redeemed prior to cancellation, because once it’s been cancelled ….
iv.
