What has happened to reading nowadays? Why have people los all interest in reading? What can we do about it? It is sad to recognize that the habit of reading has been dying since the last 10 years, and people care less and less abut it. This is a really depressing situation but true. Reading is entertaining too, and there are tons of types of thing you can read of. It doesn’t matter in what’s your age, it’s never late to start being a reader. Today we have a great advantage that our far away ancestors didn’t have, and that is the beloved “internet”. Now it’s not necessary to go and buy a book or magazine, not even go and visit a library, we can just search in the net what we want to read, find it in a simple blog or page, or just download it and read it in our computers o mobile devices. The problem is that we really don’t appreciate the technology we have, we don’t value the easy
accessibility we have to information. You don’t necessarily have to start reading a book, instead choose a newspaper, magazine, investigative blogs, etcetera, just remember that this only depends on you. Reading is part of what makes mankind so unique and special and maybe school with it’s homework assignments have made it so boring, but reading is based on your interests and curiosity. So if you are reading this right now, your taking the first step to change. I challenge you to read this magazine till the end. Have fun!

It’s good to remember Everybody has felt that sensation of coming back to a place, early in your childhood where problems were few and everything was perceived as a better place than today. Nostalgia is when you get in contact with an object like a toy, a book or a T.V. show you watched on those early days and then you experiment a sensation of returning to that place and that time that made a mark on your life or was was a very meaningful to you so it can be remembered no matter how many years had passed. Exploring those things that cause that sensation, named nostalgia by many is the purpose of this article. From toys, to T.V. programs, to books, videogames
and even food that takes you back and it surely makes you younger at heart. T.V. shows like Power Rangers, Barney, Blue´s clues, Pokemon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Thundercats among others were the most watched shows by children on those wonderful decades of the 80´s and 90´s. In the movie section, one most not forget all the Disney classics that made us laugh, cry or scare the crap out of us in many situations.
Examples like Toy Story, Pinocchio, The Lion King, among other films that made us joy and made our imagination fly higher than we could even think of. There where also toys in the mix, which among boys, cars dominated and many action figures based on their favorite T.V. shows while girls preferred dolls, houses, and some many other stuff like ponies and Hula- Hulas. Yo- Yos where also cool, as marbles where or even tops. As you can read right now, many of your past memories might been revisited and it´s really worth a look at your remaing old stuff just to get that feeling back to those days.

This is a fantastic book, the first of 3 other books that make this great story an extraordinary saga. It captures your attention with it's action, mystery and suspense. The novel is about a young boy named: Thomas. This great adventure starts with an unconscious Thomas in a dark small room. When he wakes up, he is all confused and scared . Apparently he doesn't remember nothing about his life except for his name. He starts to panic when suddenly a small door opens from above. He can hear voices of other teenagers they throw in a rope and they tell him to trust in them.
Thomas decides to clime out of that frightening room. When he comes out, he discovers that he is not more free that when he was in that box. He is now in what’s called the “glade”, a rectangular big landscape that is surrounded by a giant maze. During the night it closes it’s doors so it can change, and while it’s dark monsters called “grievers”, half-animal, half-machine inhabitants, are released to kill.
The good part is that he meets new people that will become his most closest friends, like Chuck, a younger boy, the last "newbie”, Alby, the "leader" of the “gladers”, Newt, second in command and Minho, the keeper of the runners. In each month a new boy is introduced in the maze during almost 2 years, but this time was different Thomas was the second to get in the maze in one month, this was really strange, and things just keep going weird. A day after
Thomas came in the Glade, the sirens sounded, the ones that alert when a new boy is in the box. All the Gladers are freaked out, it was already strange that Thomas had come the day before. So they run too see what’s in the box, and they find out that there’s a girl.
She doesn’t respond , she looks like she’s in a coma. They pull her out of the box. All the boys admire her, even Thomas, but he has a rare feeling that he knows the girl, suddenly she wakes up just to say that things were going to get worse, and she falls again in to her coma. And yes, things do get more and more worse for Thomas and his friends. Go and for this book now! I guarantee you will love it.

the world filming, be a professional and know your craft, and always take care and be aware of yourself because you are constantly in the public eye and media. To live in Hollywood, you have to make the choice to leave everything behind, your family, culture, friends, language and food. To want to make your dreams come true can be a very difficult journey. A: If I’m interested to be on this media, how can I do it? B: It all depends on where you want to pursue your career. If it's in your own country then you will need to study, train with good teachers, master your craft, get auditions and start booking jobs in the area you want to pursue, whether it's in acting in films, television, TV commercials, modeling, singing, Broadway or theatre. If it's in Hollywood, then you will have to move to another country, learn English, take care of your visa status, get into a school, study your craft and then get an agent and start booking jobs. A: Is it hard to be successful? B: I have always been very disciplined since I was a child. I think I got this quality from sports when I was a champion athlete in running for six consecutive years. This gave me the discipline to achieve my goals, be very organized and plan for long term success. Many people measure success with material gains but for me success is measured by how happy you are in your life and how many people you have helped along the way. You have to work hard for what you want and be grateful for everyone who helps you get there as you cannot do it alone. You need to surround yourself with a team of people who believe in you. But importantly, you must believe in yourself and your dream. With these things, you will gain confidence and then you will achieve it.
A: Would you recommend being in this circle? Why? B: I think it depends on your personality. If you like change, can adapt quickly, can interact well with people, love traveling, learn new things and live a creative life style, then yes, I would recommend it. Because the entertainment industry is one of the most creative environments I have ever experienced, you can take an idea and make it into a movie, TV show or documentary. It really is a magical process to be able to create something from nothing. Amazing huh? It is really entertaining what she does and I guess we have an idea of what the artists world is like.
Interview To: Daniel Marquez (offensive coordinator) Team: Zorros Campus Mexicali (CETYS) 1. When you played football, what motivates you? As a child my motivation was imitating my childhood idols, try to play and do things like them, in my teenage years was definitely my motivation to win every game, I am a person who does not easily assimilate the defeat and I like losing at anything. 2. How long practiced sport (football)? 14 years
3. Can I help with other sports, at the time? Yes, because I was fitter than many of my peers, always combine football with basketball and tennis. 4. Are there different emotions taking the role of coach compared to the player? It's totally different, nerves are playing before the game and once it’s started the first contact, the only thing you do its play, and as a coach you should always be coaching with a cool head, thinking and looking to put your team in the best possible situation for winning is much more stressful and mentally exhausting. 5. Now you can compare which you like better? Why? Hard to say, football is exciting, and get coaching victories is very satisfying, and winning does not compare to anything, however I’ll exchange all achievements as coach for one more season next to my teammates always considered my brothers.
6. What requires more responsibility and more difficult which you perform? Undoubtedly coaching is more responsibility as a player can make mistakes and you always have a chance to correct them, coaching one mistake can cost your job as a player require discipline and dedication, but as a coach you are responsible for each of your players and are the example of each. 7. Did you do the same kind of friendships being a coach as you did as a player? No, the friends I made as a player so far consider them my brothers, in the field who accompanied me today are my best friends and compadres, coaching know many people, great friends, but nothing compares to the time when I was a player. Interestingly many of my fellow coaches today were my coaches when I played as a child
8. Do players you train, you're seen as a figure in which they can have confidence or feelings come? I've always tried to make all my players do not trust me to be your coach, but because the game of life is more important than what happens on the pitch, I try to respect each of them, and I expect the same respect from turn, but always looking for a good trust and fair treatment. 9. What Personally, you see yourself in a role closer to that just a coach? Coaching goes far beyond giving orders and instructions, a team reflects its coach, therefore, we must lead by example and be a role model, my goal is not only winning party, but to form good men so that they can in future be champions in life. 10. How do you think you have marked the football in your personal life? The football has taught me most of the great lessons of life, and my coaches always passed me principles and values, such as honesty, teamwork, humility, respect for others, and know that the good results are the product of hard work and discipline.

Q-Where do you train, how many days and hours a week? A-At Ciudad Deportiva, 6 days a week, almost 4 hrs, depends on the work we have. Q-Has your academic development been affected since you started training? A-Mmm, some people will say it is affecting me at school, but I think that even with the extra charge, being at Cetys and training at the same time has teach me so many things and to appreciate what I have.
Q-What is one of the many positive effects Hammer throw has left you? A-Always fight for what I want. It has taught me so many values. A-2 years I have won 2nd place at Mexico It has been a fantastic experience , and know we more about this young woman's life.
The pasion for SPORTS By: Montserrat Dipp-Walther It’s amazing how a sport has changed my life, triathlons is what I am talking about. It all started because I wanted to loose weight so I started training 2 years ago every morning before school. My daily training routine was waking up at 4 am to get ready to go run, because that’s what I started in. Between 4:30 and 5 am I arrived to the “Ciudad Deportiva” where my coach would be already waiting for me and my team to give us a challenging workout we needed to complete. As I said at first I started training because I wanted to loose weight, but as I started gaining condition I became motivated to start competing in 10 km competitions. Those competitions are a very good distance to be challenging yourself to lower your times. At first I was very nervous, I have never liked to loose and the fact that I was competing against hundreds of persons scared me. The night before my first competition I couldn’t sleep, I was very nervous and my mind even betrayed me making me think I wouldn’t make it. Moments before the initial gun shot my hands were sweaty, knees weak and my stomach in a knot. During the course of the 10 kilometers I
wanted to quit several times, but then I reminded myself that in my training sessions I accumulated more kilometers and survived, so sure in that race I was not going to die. When I made it to the finish line I felt relieved, grabbed the medal they give all of the participants and a juice and sat down. I will never forget the moment my coach ran to me and told me I had win first place in my category, the feeling I had is indescribable. Its sort of a tickle that goes up and down my body and an uncontrollable ear to ear smile was let out I had no control over it. Right there all of the negative thoughts I had before and the pain were gone; in that moment I received the best reward an athlete can, a trophy and a public recognition.
After that I was motivated to keep on participating in more competitions and so I did. Athletes started recognizing me and I started familiarizing with them. I started to identify the people who had the same pace as I in the races and in every competition I tried to beat them. After a pair of 10 km races I decided I wanted a more challenging race. I registered for a half marathon in Arizona. The same feelings I had in my first race showed up the day of the half marathon, but double. After finishing the half marathon I felt invincible and very enthusiasms so I registered in a dual-decathlons to which I trained for a lot and won first place. I stayed in the dual-decathlon stage for a while, but then I wanted to once again try something new and more challenging so I decided to register in a triathlon and surely that is the best experience I have ever had in my life. To be honest it is a hard competition, a very demanding sport. The day of the competition you show off the road you come from. If you want to be the best you got to train for it and train hard. The moments you want to quit but don’t are the ones that shape up an athlete. I had to give up a lot of things like for example the parties. I think that has always been the hardest part for me because I really like to party, but there are times you got to choose either one thing or the other. There are times when you have to wake up at 3 am to be already running at 4 am because you want to finish before the sun rises. There were times I was waking up to go run and my friends were barely getting in from a party. Also the times when everybody talked about Friday night and how fun it was and I wasn’t there because I had to train. At first it was hard but then my love for this sport was so much that I didn’t feel bad, instead I thought about how wonderful my training had gone. I had to leave one things to gain others, and there was a moment when I realized I was winning way more than I could have lost. This sport has made me a stronger person. I have challenged myself and I know now that in this sport as in life there is no toughest competition but you. Perseverance goes hand with hand with success and believe me success won’t come knocking on your door. To get something you have to stand up and look for it and maybe you don’t get it at first but when you do it will sure be worth the entire struggle. I would like to invite people to strive for something. To mark a goal and work hard to achieve it. If you want it work for it.

From mental to physical it helps you to feel good with yourself and as a consequence to be on a better mood with other people and not being mad at all with yourself.
Following these steps, you can approach to stay fit: 1. Eat or drink Omega 3 (fish, nuts, eggs) those are recommended to help promote the muscle healing. This would give you a boost on the results of your trainings
2. Vitamin A (Fat-soluble) Its found on dairy products like liver. Maintains the health of the epithelium and acts on the retinas dark adaptation.

If you are constantly working out, you will gradually see and feel changes over time. 5. Always go for morning jogs 6. Be careful about over training. It can be more damaging than too little exercise. Pushing your body too hard can cause debilitating muscle damage. 7. Always get a good breakfast. Many literature experts completely dislike the trilogy Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James, due to the fact of the poor literary richness it contains. This trilogy has made the author Michelle Kosinski actually rich and famous and she has accepted her writing isn’t very good. Around 40 million copies have been sold of this erotic
fictional
story, which indeed is considered one of the most erotic novels written ever. This novel first was inspired in twilight but as the development continued James started
including a more intense form of writing until it got to the point of Fifty Shades of Grey is a BDSM erotic type novel that is teaching the millions of readers who are in to this story to desire a need for sexual controlling relationship. BDSM stands for Bondage, Discipline, Sadism and Masochism. Bondage means to use chains, straps or locks to physically restrain your partner. Discipline is the fact of making your partner behave and follow rules you impose, which in this novel obviously lean to a sexual way. eing an erotic novel.
Sadochism is a union between Sadism and Masochism is the fact of living or recieving sexual pleasure through physical and physocological pain. A sadochism relationship enjoys making his/her partner suffer. Another problem the experts find in people reading this novel is that the characters may held any kind of BDSM relationship, but is not
for the readers to take it to real life. It has educated the readers to want and even worse accept a masochist relationship on which they recieve no good treatment and misunderstand the true value of love. Its fine if people want to read this poorly enrichment novel but not let it affect or define ones behavior and way of thinking.
When man kind reached the Moon.
In this article we are gonna discuss a very special historical event that is just proof of the constant evolution of the human race and all the changes Earth and other planets had suffered, we are referring of course, about man landing in the moon for the very first time. For many years, humans had looked at the skies and dreamed on landing on the moon. That was not possible until July, 20 1969, as part of the Apollo 11 mission, where the now late Neil Armstrong became the very first man to step on the moon, followed seconds later by his partner Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin.
Their accomplishment placed the United States ahead of the Soviets in

the Space Race and gave people around the world the hope of future space exploration. At 9:32 a.m. on July 16, 1969, the Saturn V rocket launched Apollo 11 into the sky from Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. On the ground there were over 3,000 journalists, 7,000 of space crew experts, and approximately a half million tourists watching this momentous occasion. The event went smoothly and as scheduled. On July 19, at 1:28 p.m. EDT, Apollo 11 entered the moon's orbit. After spending a full day in lunar orbit, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin boarded the lunar module and detached it from the command module for their descent to the moon's surface
As the Eagle departed, Michael Collins, who remained in the Columbia while Armstrong and Aldrin were on the moon, checked for any visual problems with the lunar module. He saw none and told the Eagle crew, "You cats take it easy on the lunar surface. As the Eagle headed toward the moon's surface, several different warning alarms were activated. Armstrong and Aldrin realized that the computer system was guiding them to a landing area that was full with boulders the size of small cars. With some last minute maneuvers, Armstrong guided the lunar module to a safe landing area. At 4:18 p.m. of July 20, 1969, the spaceship landed on the moon's surface with only seconds of fuel left.
After the excitement, exertion, and drama of the lunar landing, Armstrong and Aldrin spent the next six-and-a-half hours resting and then preparing themselves for their moon walk. At 10:28 p.m. EDT, Armstrong turned on the video cameras. These cameras transmitted images from the moon to over half a billion people on earth who sat watching their televisions. It was phenomenal that these people were able to witness the amazing events that were unfolding hundreds of thousands of miles above them.
Neil Armstrong was the first person out of the lunar module. He climbed down a ladder and then became the first person to set foot on the moon at 10:56 p.m. EDT. Armstrong then stated, "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." A few minutes later, Aldrin exited the lunar module and stepped foot on the moon's surface.

Set or stage? By: MĂŠlida Salas
Acting is a type of art where you can express yourself through. The point is to interpret something or someone that you are not. Acting is the work of an actor if it’s a male or actress for women, that appears in Television, movies or theater portraying a character either speaking or singing. You can act on a stage for theater and/or in a set for movies or TV series, they are both fun and has different rules for acting. Acting requires a wide range of skills such as clarity while speaking, good pronunciation, physical expressivity and the ability to interpret drama. An actor needs coaching all the time so they can grow in the profession. A work for every actor is to memorize which is a hard work and it´s important to develop that skill. Another job of an actor is to make the audience believe that what they are watching is real. The skills required change depending on the place you develop.
Movies and television are kind off the same when speaking about rules for acting. When you act for movies or television you are in a set that is a room or a space decorate depending on the place the actor should be, so the volume of your voice has to be regular, no shouting but not to low, your speech has to be clear but not exaggerate and your body expression as well, everything has to be more natural depending on the character. Acting in a set has its advantages, depending on the scene the set is decorate and as an actor you can support on and make your acting more real. On the other hand, theater is more drastic, everything you do on stage has to be very notorious and exaggerate both your movements and your speaking volume. The acting It´s usually more intense and dramatic, in comparison with acting in movies, the scenery is not all the times very fetched and it gets harder to relate with the background but that’s the entertaining part for the actor, to imagine that the scenery is real and all that your saying and seeing is real so there performance seems natural and the audience believes it.
As an actor, is interested to get into a character and interpret it but that’s the fun of it. In my opinion, acting either in stage or in a set is an art to respect because doing it has its difficulties, it is so much entertain to watch either of these performances and see how actors change their personalities and transform into another. This is a job to recognize and understand that it is not easy to stand in a stage and to act in front of a lot of people and also act in front of a camera.
Do Super heroes exist? Well, we all know those famous comic heroes, like Superman, Bat-man, The X men or even Captain America. Most of them have super incredible powers, however they all fight crime and evil, and their mission is to protect the week, those that suffer injustice, the innocent. The only misfortune of them is that they’re not real, they don’t exist in real life, as a matter of fact imagining the existence of few of them is impossible. How can you ever fly with out using any kind of device or technology to help you? Is it possible to ever mutate in some kind of monster and them com back to normal? Shoot laser from your eyes? Run at the speed of sound? This is only make believe, but behind these characters exists a noble heart to help others.
By: Lizbeth Arceo In this planet there are people who have made good actions, great decisions in benefit for others, with the goal to make this world a better place. They have had the guts to do what is right and to stand out for those who don’t have a voice to be heard.
Just mentioning some of them, we have a great man who stood out for his people, he wanted equality for every human being, no more discrimination, make everyone see that we are all the same, no matter witch country your from, the color of your skin, man, woman, young, old, we are all human.
Another icon is Elizabeth Cady Stanton, a social activist, one of the originators of the woman’s movement in the USA. She fought for the rights of women, she wanted woman to be able to vote and be accepted as a North American citizen.
And even today, there are people who make the difference, like doctors, nurses, firemen, police men, teachers and even you and me can be part of them, let’s learn about this man Billy Ray Harris, a homeless man that proved to be more than what he appeared, he was able to return a wedding ring to a woman who gave it to him by So yes, there are some super accident. heroes in this world waiting to be discovered.
You‌
I felt alone in the winter snow. Obviously that was before, before I met you and your pretty voice.
I dreamed about a boy like you, but never thought it was going to be you. You keep me warm, You keep me safe, You make me smile, You make me stay. Today I love you, Tomorrow I cant’t say. But for now I want today To be the only day. One time for us to cross our ways was more than enough to want us to stay.
