Legacy Giving at WINGS

LEAVING A LEGACY GIFT WITH WINGS IS NOT ABOUT LEAVING MATERIAL THINGS; IT IS ABOUT LEAVING AN IMPACT THAT IS POWERFUL. YOU HAVE TO TRUST IN THE ORGANIZATION, AFTER ALL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IT COME TO FRUITION. - Jan Lipov

DEAR WINGS SUPPORTER:

A LEGACY GIFT COULD BE THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARITABLE GIFT YOU EVER MAKE.

Reason #1: 25 Years of Commitment & Trust

Since WINGS’ inception in 1996, we’ve had an unwavering commitment to advocating for the importance of social emotional learning. Back then, very few understood the important role that emotional intelligence plays in a child’s overall success. And even more so, how a lack of social emotional skills a ects underserved populations and perpetuates a cycle of poverty. While we have grown from one program to eleven throughout the Southeast, partnered with existing programs throughout the country, and now have an online platform (soarwithwings.com) —we have remained focused on our commitment to social emotional learning.

As WINGS has spread its wings over the years, we have always done it with fi scal responsibility in mind. We value and respect our donors’ generosity and we strive to honor all of our donors’ commitments to WINGS now and in the future.

Reason #2: How Do You Want to Be Remembered?

We understand that preparing your will or estate plan is a time of deep refl ection as you seek to craft both your personal and fi nancial legacy. WINGS is fi rmly committed to being a leader in the social emotional learning community now and for years to come. A bequest with WINGS allows you to lift up future generations of kids to fl y high, succeed, and soar through life.

How does it work?

It is actually pretty simple! You can do it today, with a call to your lawyer, if you already have a will. If not then reach out to us and we can help you get started!

When you choose to give a bequest to Wings for Kids you are helping create a world full of empathy, inclusivity, and integrity which is something that will only grow in importance.

Know that your bequest will truly help our WINGS kids reach the sky and give them the ability to SOAR!
