Set up your starting point for object 1. Have your partner ready with the timer. The timer starts when the object is dropped. Stop the timer when it hits the floor. Record the time on your data sheet. Repeat so you have 5 trials with the same object. Repeat the process with your second object. Calculate the start height to the nearest tenth.
