“Inspiring, amazing and unforgettable” Dave and Lisa Peters, LJ Hooker Wyong Feedback from 2014 Dubai Study Tour
Proudly supported by
A world of opportunity awaits LJ Hooker in China After the outstanding success of the inaugural study tour to Dubai last year, we will head to Shanghai and Beijing for the 2015 Study Tour. The tour this year will be packed with great educational sessions, spectacular networking events and private tours to some of the world’s most incredible sites. China represents the world’s fastest growing economy, overtaking the US in 2014. Ninety million Chinese search for property every month and Chinese buyers spent $37 billion on international residential properties last year, making them the fastest growing group of foreign buyers of international property. There is so much opportunity to work with China and that is why it’s our chosen destination this year. We have a great line-up of workshops including sessions on doing business in China – the big differences and what works. Our high performing LJ Hooker team will share their experience in China and where the opportunities lie. You will also hear from other speakers on the impact of Chinese buyers on global property markets, who they are, what they want and how to work with them. A local expert will share their journey from communism to consumerism. You will also have the opportunity to meet many local real estate agents and build a network to help you work with China on your return. The tour is open to real estate and home loan incentive winners and business partners across Australia and New Zealand. Additional packages are available for purchase for personal use or to be used as an in-office incentive for anyone in the LJ Hooker network. I hope you can join us as a prize winner or as a member of the LJ Hooker network who wants to learn and network not only in one of the world’s greatest economies, but one of the world’s most unique destinations. through its space age skyline, yet at ground level retains its traditional character, with Chinese upturned roofs and classical gardens, tree lined avenues and classical architecture typical of its French colonial heritage. A stunning city of contrasts, Shanghai is as renowned for its high-end dining experiences, luxurious living, cosmopolitan nightlife, and artistic quarters as it is for its local lifestyle experiences, tea houses, incense-filled Chinese temples, vibrant street markets and tasty dumpling stalls. Ancient Chinese water villages offer a striking contrast to the fast pace of modern Shanghai. As one of the world’s leading financial centres, Shanghai is the place to do business.
About Beijing Beijing is a city of ancient wonders and modern marvel. The capital city of the most populous country and the fastest growing economy in the world today, Beijing has earned its place on the world stage as a leading global city. What makes Beijing simply unmatchable as a destination is its ancient wonders – the Great Wall of China, Summer Palace and the Forbidden City, which create those ultimate wow moments for travellers to China.
