The section of “Planetary Stations” on page 9 will give you the times when the planets are changing signs or direction, thereby affording us opportunities for new starts.
The ephemeris in the back of your Pocket Planner can be very helpful to you. As you start to work with the ephemeris, you may notice that not all planets seem to be comfortable in every sign. Think of the planets as actors and the signs as the costumes they wear. Sometimes, costumes just itch. If you find this to be so for a certain time period, you may choose to delay your plans for a time or be more creative with the energies at hand.
As you turn to the daily pages, you’ll find information about the Moon’s sign, phase, and the time it changes phase. You’ll find icons indicating the best days to plant and fish. Also, you will find times and dates when the planets and asteroids change signs and go either retrograde or direct, major holidays, a three-month calendar, and room to record your appointments.
This guide is a powerful tool. Make the most of it!
