Mitchell in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Lloyd Peeples joined Bradley Arant Rose & White, LLP as an associate, gaining valuable experience in complex litigation.

In 2003, Lloyd Peeples transitioned to public service, becoming an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama. Over his tenure, he assumed numerous leadership roles, including Deputy Chief and Civil/Criminal Health Care Fraud Coordinator. In 2017, Lloyd Peeples returned to the office as First Assistant United States Attorney, later serving as Chief of the Criminal Division from 2020 to 2024. In these roles, Lloyd oversaw significant federal cases, including highprofile prosecutions such as United States v. Larry Langford and United States v. Donald Watkins, Sr. His work reflects a steadfast commitment to justice and the pursuit of integrity within the legal system.

Beyond his legal career, Lloyd Peeples served as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Container Service Corporation from 2012 to 2017, demonstrating his versatility and leadership in the corporate sector.

Lloyd’s professional influence extends to leadership in organizations like the National Association of Assistant United States Attorneys and the Birmingham Bar Association. In his community, he has been deeply involved as a youth coach, Cub Scouts leader, and contributor to local school initiatives.
