YMCA Strong Kids Team Triathlon
June 12 - July 23
One team captain plus nine or fewer teammates will swim, bike, and run together for fun and prizes. Team Triathlon is open to ALL near and far. Grab your friends and family and join us for this six-week challenge! All proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Fundraising Campaign–Strong Kids. Teams can choose from recreational, competitive, or an individual division. There will be prizes for association-wide, branch, and individual winners in both competitive and recreational divisions.

Teen Fitness Training | Summer Sessions
Participants 12-14 years of age will focus on safety and proper technique in using all workout area equipment. Discussions on character development, weight room etiquette, and basic nutrition will also be included in the curriculum.

Wellness Appointment - In this 30-minute appointment, a Wellness Specialist will meet with you to discuss your wellness and nutrition goals and how to reach them.
Equipment Orientation - We have a variety of cardio and strength training options and invite you to take advantage of orientations for each of these.
Health Assessment - Measures cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. We recommend retesting every 3-6 months to track results.
