Butthepresenceofinteresting wineinLancasterisgrowingand we nowhave threelocalbottle shopsthatspecializeinorganic andnaturalwines. Thesebottle shopsareallinLancastercity, withina5-minutedrive ofeach other.

Thedefinitionofnaturaland organicwinecanbeabittricky. Allnaturalwinesareorganic, butnotallorganicwinesare natural. The term “organic” relates to thegrowingof thegrapes.Organicwine grapesarenottreatedwith syntheticchemicals to kill weeds,bacteria,moldor pests. Regularwinesare allsprayedwithchemicals duringthegrowingseason.
