Spiced Apple Mule

INGREDIENTS

4 ½ (3 full shots) oz sparkling water

1 oz spiced apple shrub, from Civil Ferments (or similar)

1 oz orange juice

1 oz ginger beer

Splash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with orange slice.
