A Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program strengthens the local food economy by connecting consumers and producers. In a typical CSA model, consumers sign up for a subscription (share) then receive a weekly box of farm fresh products throughout the growing season. Throughout Michigan, CSA models vary in size, flexibility, and offerings because every farm runs their program differently.
