In line with our commitment to building a strong na�on, we launched the Lodha Genius Programme in partnership with Ashoka University, with a vision to nurture the country’s brightest young minds to achieve their highest poten�al. It will provide customised long-term support to excep�onal students with an aim to build the next genera�on of leaders for our na�on.
Con�nuing to expand our footprint in newer micro markets, we launched projects in Andheri and Matunga, both of which created quite a buzz among the prospec�ve residents and Channel Partners.
It was yet another exci�ng month for our residents, as they engaged in several ac�vi�es across Lodha developments. The highlight was the Lodha Park Cricket League which encapsulated the true spirit of sports as well as thriving communi�es in its first edi�on and was big hit.

LODHA DIVINO UNVEILED
The launch of Lodha Divino, Matunga’s most luxurious private estate, lived up to the an�cipa�on that its teaser campaign had sparked among prospec�ve residents. Spread across 10 acres in Matunga, Lodha Divino offers luxurious 2, 3 and 4 bed residences with stunning sea as well as garden views, flanked by modern ameni�es. The 360-degree marke�ng campaign encompassing print, OOH, digital media, an event at Matunga Gymkhana and PR helped garner an amazing response from customers as well as Channel Partners.
We brought the project to life for customers in a very unique way. The en�re road leading to the site was revamped with design elements that integrated the project’s art-deco style architecture with the site branding. The once dimly-lit road was transformed to a vibrant street decorated with dazzling lights, thereby giving it a fes�ve look. Customers were also treated to a dis�nc�ve, aesthe�cally-appealing sales experience through a new digital tool that uses mo�on elements to bring
LODHA ACENZA LAUNCHED IN ANDHERI
In Feb’23, we introduced Lodha Acenza, our first Luxury extension development in Andheri. This serene and exclusive estate is designed for those who want more out of life. The extravagantly spacious 3 and 4 beds, bespoke ameni�es and �meless comfort of nature is curated for the limited few to lead a limitless life. The launch received an overwhelming response and created a new milestone with half of the launch inventory sold out within 2 weeks.
NEW Campaign
PALAVA CITY CAMPAIGNINTERNATIONAL CITY WITH AN INDIAN HEART
A�er announcing our ‘Interna�onal City Indian Heart’ posi�oning in the brand campaign during the last fiscal year, we ran the next leg of Palava City campaign in February to take the aspira�on for our brand several notches higher. With the objec�ve of building greater credibility around our message this year, the campaign was launched with a mul�media marke�ng plan with digital engagement at its core. The specially curated online des�na�on allows online users to discover mul�ple ways in which the residents of Palava can enjoy a flourished life throughout the year.
To reach new audiences beyond our micro-market, a high-impact Outdoor campaign featuring innova�ons was executed across key parts of MMR (EEH, WEH, Bandra, Navi Mumbai, Thane), and was further supported by prominent print ads during the month. Another notable aspect of the campaign is a unique BTL expression of it.

BUILDING A GREENER WORLD AT LODHA UPPER THANE
The residents of Lodha Upper Thane par�cipated in the ‘Greener World’ campaign. Thousands of families supported the cause by helping to recycle 89000+ milk pouches, 8900+ tetra packs, 21000+ packaging materials and 17000+ plas�c bo�les. Through the campaign promo�ng efficient waste management, they not only improved the environment around their homes at Lodha Upper Thane but also on planet Earth, our home.
EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATION WITH THE LODHA GENIUS PROGRAMME
In associa�on with Ashoka University, we launched the Lodha Genius Programme. With a vision to nurture India’s brightest minds, the programme will empower bright students of Grade 9-12 to achieve their highest poten�al and contribute back to our na�on. Leading educators as well as prac��oners from top universi�es around the world will engage with students through on-campus and online modules, followed by ongoing mentorship. PEPPA PIG VISITS LODHA UPPER THANE
Peppa Pig, the much-loved cartoon character, enthralled and entertained the kids at Lodha Upper Thane. Hundreds of young fans had a splendid evening while enjoying the games, ac�vi�es, workshops, snacks and beverages organised at the event. The fun-event will certainly be etched in the minds of the li�le ones for a long �me!
LODHA PARK CRICKET LEAGUE HITS IT OUT OF THE PARK
The maiden edi�on of the Lodha Park Cricket League (LPCL) was a smashing success. With nearly 500 Lodha Park residents par�cipa�ng in the tournament, the month-long compe��on saw 70 matches with numerous stellar performances and nail-bi�ng finishes. Mul�ple teams from Lodha put in extensive efforts to secure sponsorships, conduct team auc�ons and host the matches, among other tasks, thereby ensuring a league of the highest professional cricket standards! The tournament also encouraged community bonding, healthy living and camaraderie among the residents of Lodha Park, aligned to our vision of ‘Building a Be�er Life’.
