1 / CILANTRO (CORIANDER) An annual herb that’s used in many South Asian culinary dishes. Leaves lose their aroma when dried or frozen, and spoil quickly when removed from the plant. Heat diminishes its flavour and is often served raw.

2 / CHIVES Chives grow in clumps, with their round, hollow, grass-like leaves reaching a height of 9 inches or so. The stems are firm, straight, smooth, and, like the leaves, bright dark green. The flowers, which bloom for two months in midsummer, form round deep purple or pink globes that make an attractive garnish.
3 / DILL Very upright, stable selection. Dark green, very leafy compact plants are tolerant to bolting.

1 / CORSICAN BASIL Corsican is an heirloom Mediterranean Basil. It has a unique mottled green and purple leaves that are mildly sweet. Plant grows to about 18� tall.

2 / BLACK MAGIC 55 days. A British bred variety developed from Cavolo Nero, which has a much better uniformity and plant habit. Black Magic has dark black/green heavily savoyed, narrow, well textured 16 in/40 cm leaves with white ribs. A rosette plant habit makes harvesting easier. Plants have an improved bolting resistance and an excellent tolerance to cold weather.
