Biemme was founded in 1978 following an entrepreneurial idea of Maurizio Bertinato. It has now become a major reality in the field of technical clothing for cycling. Ever since the beginning, the company always involved Cycling Champions for the testing and improvement of the garments produced. Precious cooperation was received from personalities such as: Hinault, Moser, Saronni and Pantani. Biemme also involved professional teams: Panasonic, Telekom, Gewiss Ballan as well as many others. An internal laboratory studies and projects the garments, develops and finally tests them directly on athletes of various levels. Items are improved according to indications received during and after testing. In the course of its 30 year history, Biemme has been an innovative and expanding company; we might want to remember the first textile crotch created in 1984 which is now of everyday use. Up until 1984 crotches were assembled in leather and not in cotton or technical materials as done nowadays.

Ugo De Rosa started building frames in 1953 in a small workshop in Milan. By 1958, his meticulously crafted frames had reached the Pro Teams and their riders including Moser, Merckx or De Vlaeminck; carrying each one to victory after victory. De Rosa would be best known for his relationship with the great Eddy Merckx, who asked De Rosa to become the official frame builder and mechanic for the Molteni team which he captained. The results were unprecedented as Merckx and his teammates won nearly all the major races including the Tour de France, the Giro d’Italia, Milano-San Remo and the World Championship. In 1981 Merckx again called upon De Rosa to be a technical consultant when he first set up his own bicycle manufacturing facility. “Mastercraftsman” Ugo De Rosa is closely linked with the name of the Italian racing bicycle and his name is part of a restricted list of frame artists, animators of that “movement” who, around the Sixties, with their skill and imagination were decisive in the success of the special bike “made in Italy”. After sixty years of passion and dedication, De Rosa has become a household name of in the world of cycling and a cornerstone of perfection against which all modern classics are compared.

Diadora was incorporated in 1948 in Caerano di San Marco, which today is an Italian district specialized in the production of sporting footwear. Back in the days, Diadora was a craftsman’s laboratory where the best mountain and working boots were handmade. In the ‘80s the company’s presence is reinforced in the “historical” disciplines such as tennis, athletics and football, and is expanded to other sports such as cycling, where it wins the hour record with Francesco Moser. Today Diadora focuses its production on sports such as tennis, football, running and cycling, all the while not giving up the extraordinary evocative value of its brand thanks to the Heritage collection. Heritage is an innovative mix of high quality, technology, fashion and history.

Briko is an italian brand founded in 1985 in Milan where the Scuderia flame is still burning thanks to great and unique athletes: starting from skiers like Alberto Tomba, Marc Girardelli, Lasse Kjus, Deborah Compagnoni, Kristian Ghedina, Jure Kosir, Bode Miller, Lindsey Vonn to Nordic skiers like Bjorn Daehlie, Piller Cottrer and again great cycling heroes like Tony Rominger, Marco Pantani e Mario Cipollini. Founded in 1981, Veloflex started with production of manufactured rubber and plastic articles for printers. Only later, thanks to the great passion for bicycle of the two founders, Veloflex started production of tubulars and tyres for competition. About Mauro Testa and Biomoove Lab

Mauro Testa, chief scientist Biomoove Lab, boasts numerous collaborations that saw him involved as inventor and researcher at universities, research centers, companies and sports clubs around the world. Numerous patents arising from his ideas including: the Distal Jet, a device used for distalization of the upper molars, which are still very popular in orthodontics; the first football boot with pivoting stud to prevent injuries and accidents, marketed by Lotto; Home date expression in 1000, the new Frecciarossa. Finally, through Biomoove Lab, Mauro places by bike numerous cyclists, returning to his true passion, namely cycling who has practiced as a hobby as a boy and still he committed daily. Biemme introduces the Garun Biomeccanico pad, the result of co-operation between the company from Vicenza and Dr. Mauro Testa. The pad is a new and innovative product that will change the history of cycling. The Garun Biomaccanico pad has a patent pending and it is produced internally with the newest technologies in pads manufacturing. The features of the successful Garun series: -High breathability and antibacterial: the inner pad shell of the bibshort is made by a bi-elastic, antibacterial and breathable fabric without heat-sealing in order to obtain a skin-like effect when in contact with the body. Furthermore, the various layers that compose it are drilled in an asymmetric way. This allows an increased breathability and it maintains this part of pad dry and cooled. -Anatomical and adaptability: the pad is free to move, so it fits to the athleteâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s position on the bike when raising and sitting on the saddle; -Maximum comfort: the padding is applied on the underside of the pad so no seams or creases are in contact with the body. -Anti-slip and resistant: the ceramic lycra is a particular fabric that has an application of a ceramic coating that improves the resistance to friction. It also improves the riding position on the saddle of the cyclist.

GARUN PAD

The new generation of cycling pad, the Garun pad is made of two different parts; a lower part (the pad itself) that is completely anatomic and the upper (the one in contact to the body) which is made with a high density foam and perforated pad to let air flows and dry fast. The upper is also antibacterial and without any seams, which enables a softer contact so that the skin remains soft and without blemish. The two parts are attached on the front by heat welding and on the sides with two elastic bands; this allows the pad to move on itself while seating on the saddle reducing friction, heat and diminishing the risk of skin irritation. BRT is the new patented Biemme pad. It is an innovative pad as the various layers are assembled and drilled asymmetrically. This action allows a better breathability of the underside of the pad, keeping the zone dry and cool, as well as increasing security and absorption by soil stress and vibrations transmitted by the frame. These stresses can create redness if the area remains wet during use because of the sweat and poor breathability. Therefore, this type of drilling obtained with single holes on the various layers made of different density and material allows the pad to be more breathable. The insertion of the gel helps to improve all of these features.

This pad is manufactured with an inner perforated foam and a central groove that reduces pressure onto the saddle. It is highly breathable and it’s partircular is the absence of stitching.

A NEW ERA OF COMFORT Biemme introduces the Garun Biomeccanico pad, a new and innovative product that will change the history of cycling. This pad is protected with a patent pending and is produced internally with the newest technologies in pad manufacturing. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s customizable according to the physical and functional requirements as it is provided with 16 interchangeable silicone inserts (4 per area) with a variable thickness from 1mm to 4mm. These inserts, following a bike fitting or through a special saddle cover equipped with sensors, can be inserted or removed in correspondence with the ischial tuberosities and under perineal, in the case of inbalance between the right side and the left side. This will evenly divide the power between right and left and increase pedalling efficiency. The specific inserts added, adjusts the anatomical differences from right ischium to the left and vice versa. cuore, l’intuizione dall’attenzione continua alla ricerca. Ed è proprio da questo connubio che nel 1997 il nostro reparto di ricerca e sviluppo decide di iniziare a plasmare l’alluminio. C’era bisogno di leggerezza, e l’aria era l’elemento che ci ha ispirato. La storia che vi raccontiamo è questa: sul lungomare di Laigueglia,

Ugo De Rosa è lì e osserva i turisti americani che pedalano con nuove biciclette alla moda, dai tubi imponenti. L’intuizione è immediata: è necessario attualizzare la tendenza interpretando la cultura italiana votata alla prestazione e così nasce il telaio in alluminio che dona allo scheletro della bicicletta leggerezza e comfort. li occhi sono lo specchio dell’anima e per noi, in De Rosa, la bicicletta è la storia di chi la utilizza. È come fosse un racconto o, per dirla con reminiscenze scolastiche, è come fosse un tema dal titolo: “Descrivi te stesso”.

Il pensiero che mi ritrovo a fare spesso, nonostante i tanti anni nel settore, è che la

piena di fascino? Non ti lascia per un momento quel senso di piacevole smarrimento che si prova solo di fronte a un panorama dall’orizzonte infinito? intimo e confidenziale tra l’uomo e il mezzo. Deve per forza crearsi un’alchimia e una intesa che sfiorano la perfezione. Su questo breve percorso di parole, anni fa è nato Black Label, il progetto che allora festeggiava i nostri primi 60 anni e che garantisce a ogni individuo la bicicletta fatta su misura.

“Describe yourself.” The thought I revert to quite often, even after being in the cycling industry for so many years, is that the bike is the only mode of transportation that weighs significantly

less than those who enjoy it. Isn’t this charming as well as ironic? Does it not leave you with the same sense of infinity and at the same loss that you experience in the the intimate and almost secret relationship between man and machine. This is a necessary alchemy and an understanding that presupposes perfection. It was this feeling and very concise description in words which gave rise to our Black Label program, the project that celebrates our first 60 years and which guarantees each individual participant a custom made bicycle.

This process complies to a physical law, called Venturi effect, saying that thanks to the shape and size of the access and output holes, it’s not the fluid or gas pressure to varies but rather its traveling speed within the channels it’s forced to pass in. If the inlet air increases its speed, the extraction of air inside the helmet takes place in a much more rapid and efficient way, ensuring a thermoregulation above the normal standard.

X-LIGHT ROLL FIT It’s the new regulation system for Briko helmets. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Submission of an order for goods to Logica Sport is regarded as an acceptance of the terms and conditions of Logica Sport as outlined below. There will be absolutely no resale of footwear, apparel or accessories purchased from Logica Sport without express written authorization.

Terms of sale are subject to change on 30 days written notification.

PRICING POLICY

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be invoiced as stated on the order which has been accepted by Logica Sport

GST

The wholesale pricing and suggested retail pricing in the catalogue are net of Goods and Service Tax. The GST at the prevailing rate will be added to the bottom of the invoice as a charge for the total value of the invoice including freight/postage where applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS

All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

CREDIT APPROVAL

All orders are subject to acceptance and approval prior to shipment. Customers shall be liable to pay all service charges and any collection costs incurred by Logica Sport to collect amounts due.

SERVICE CHARGES

A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to account balance past due.

SHIPPING POLICY

Logica Sport will attempt to ship all orders on requested shipping dates, however, should situations result in delay or non-delivery, Logica Sport will not be held liable.

PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS TO RETURN GOODS

1.Contact a Customer Service Representative at Logica’s Customer Service Centre – Toll free: 877-756-4422 2.The Customer Service Representative will discuss the situation with the customer and provide a return authorization number (RMA) to authorize returns. 3.All goods authorized for return must be shipped back to the Logica warehouse freight PREPAID to the destination. 4.Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of all cartons/ packages returned. 5.Merchandise for return must be in original packaging, free of all price stickers and in resalable condition. 6.Non-resalable merchandise may not be returned to Logica unless defective. 7.Discontinued merchandise may not be returned. 8.Merchandise returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge if tickets, price tags or other markings are on product. 9.Merchandise returned in excess of that authorized by Customer Service, will remain at the risk of the Customer, and will be returned to the Customer, freight collect.

CONSUMER WARRANTY AND DEALER REPLACEMENT POLICY

Logica products are warranted only to direct commercial customers against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material under normal use and maintenance. Logica reserves the right to inspect products alleged to be defective for evidence of misuse or abuse and determine whether in Logica sole determination a repair or replacement, if any, of the defective product is due. The liability of Logica’s under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement. In no event shall Logica be liable for special incidental or consequential damages whatsoever. Seller has made no other representations or warranties, expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

RETAIL PRICES

All retail prices set forth in this catalogue are suggested prices.

FREIGHT POLICY

All regular and booking orders will be shipped F.O.B. Logica distribution centre, buyer’s risk in transit and will be shipped via means determined by Logica unless otherwise specified by the customer.

BACK ORDERS

All backorders over 60 days will be returned to Logica’s representative to be revised with the customer.

SHORTAGES AND OTHER IRREGULARITIES

A notation of outer carton damage and/or removal/replacement of the tamper-proof tape must be made on the signed pro bill at the time of delivery and reported to the carrier and Logica in writing within 5 days of the received date. Any shortage of irregularity or dissatisfaction regarding the quantity shipped, discounts or conditions of sale must be reported to Logica office within 10 days of receipt. Failure to do so will constitute complete customer acceptance of the order as shipped and invoiced.

SECONDS OR REJECTS

Any item purchased as a second or reject does not carry any warranty for workmanship and materials and is sold as is. Concerning such items, none of the trademarks may be used in any advertising or promotional publicity.

DIVERSION OF MERCHANDISE

To enhance informed selection and promote product image, Logica only sells to selected retail outlets which may not resell to any person or entity who is not also the final user or consumer. The resale trans-shipment or any form of diversion of Logica product to anyone other than the final consumer is expressly prohibited. Such activity may subject the violator to termination of relationship with Logica and constitutes a breach of the contract of sale for which Logica may seek the appropriate legal remedies, including monetary damages or injunctive relief. Under such circumstances Logica also reserves the right to cancel orders previously accepted and to require the return, at such re-seller’s expense, of any diverted merchandise.

SELLING OF PRODUCT

Retailer is authorized to sell Logica products from its established, permanent retail outlet(s) only. The sale of Logica products through the mail, by catalogue, by temporary or transient retail locations, through any electronic means (including the internet and/or on-line) or by any means other than at an established, permanent retail outlet, must be pre-authorized in writing by Logica Sport.

ADVERTISING

All use of Logica trademarks and images must be submitted to Logica Sport for final approval.
