MARCH
March 8th is already over but the struggles that keep all of us women with our fists up are still very close to us every day. It goes without saying that on 8M we do not want congratulations (flowers and chocolates are always appreciated of course), but we want nothing more than what we deserve equality. In my time in this company, which has given me so much, I have come across many women, colleagues, and friends who remind me every day how strong we need to be, how intelligent and capable we already are, and how great we aspire to be because we are nothing less than that, amazing.
We are the mothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends, and daughters, and many of us keep our families together, the support of many upbringings, and the source of love for many families. But this does not mean that we want to receive a card saying what we already know, or a nice hug from a co-worker, or to be called beautiful and strong (because we know we are) we need the constant accompaniment of our male partners, we need them to raise their voices when they see an injustice towards us, we need you to look inside yourselves and find what is wrong and has been wrong for a long time, we need empathy and a dignified and equal treatment, we need you to help us raise our voices and not to silence them, because it is us, the ones who are here, who fight for those who are no longer with us and for those who are coming.

And to all my sisters, may this message serve to remind you that your body, mind, and personality are perfect as they are, that we have been thought to doubt ourselves, but that all of this can be unlearned with lots of love, and if the love inside you sometimes doesn´t feel enough, remember that you have a network of sisters, blood and chosen ones, who have enough love to pick you up every time you fall, we are not alone and you are never alone.
