Isabel Lemus
DIRECTOR, HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Hi everyone! My name is Isabel, and I am part of the HRBP team as the regional director for LATAM. To get the boring stuff out of the way, I have a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, a technical degree in Personnel Administration, a master's degree in Project Management, and I am currently pursuing a second master's degree in Strategic Talent Management and Development. I honestly don't think degrees or titles define a person. Now for the fun part, I would describe myself as an overachiever.

I am serious, but I do have a fun side, and I'm good at keeping secrets (mainly because I forget everything)
I love my husband and two dogs immensely. I have some knowledge about baseball and softball because my husband is a big fan and plays in a league in z.15. Both my dogs are my fur babies. One of them is a mix of French Mastiff (if you don't know the breed it is the same one as Messi's dog) and Guatemalan Dogo, and the other one is a pocket American Bully. They are the sweetest and most loving dogs I have ever owned.
One of my biggest passions is traveling. I have been to over 20 countries across three continents, and I often find myself daydreaming about the next destination.
I enjoy dancing a lot, so if I mention that I am going to the gym, you will most certainly find me in the Zumba class or maybe doing strength training. I really like languages and know several words and phrases in different languages. I speak some French, and I would say I am at an A2, maybe B1 level. The last fun fact I can think of is that I can read the Cyrillic alphabet, even though I don't understand what I am saying. This alphabet is the one used in Russia and other countries like Ukraine, Bulgaria, Serbia... However, I do know some Bulgarian since I lived in Bulgaria for two months.
