The Valley mixed use project, 2024
The concept is inspired from a natural aesthetic beauty of the valley. where the integration between the landscape and the building. This design seeks to redefine the user experience by seamlessly integrating nature, sustainability, and a sense of harmony.
Also having a start focal low point and it rises up till reaching the highest point of the hill
Layout 1:800
Basically, the valley elements are:
1- water features
2-topography
3-vegetation
4-viewpoints which are reflected in the elevation

I BELIEVE THAT GOOD ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN IS NOT JUST ABOUT CREATING AN INTELLIGENT BLEND OF STYLE, FORM AND FUNCTION. IT IS ALSO A FORM OF STORYTELLING.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Haven resort El Gouna, 2024
The concept: Centralization which we obtained by putting the Marina in the center and making every other use overlook it, A connected relationship appears between all the zones leading them to the Marina clubhouse. Based on that, landscape and land parcels are leveled to overlook the center.
Leveling decreases towards the center to create enclosure to spaces within the central zone and emphasize the concept
Zoning is done in the most efficient way to fit the desired number of villas (90 villa) while making sure to maximize the view and ease accessibility for each villa.
Bright and diverse colors are used widely in El-Gouna, like blue, orange, red and green
Thermal bricks are used as they aren’t harmful to the environment while curtain walls are used to indulge the building within the view
The ratio of the lagoon is naturally larger as it includes and marina and is overlooked by all the villas.
Internal movements inside the project include ( cars, tok-toks, yachts and boats ) that can be booked through the resorts reception.
Triangular ornaments are one of the key features of the architecture in El-Gouna.
Domes are used to reduce the amount of solar exposure on rooftops .
Arches and vaults are commonly used in Gouna as they are inspired from Islamic architecture

The concept: A turning point where the gap between old Heliopolis and new Heliopolis is fixed. As the solid and void map shows that the urban pattern of Heliopolis goes from dense to less dense where the site intermediates them.
Overview
Within a 64,600 m2 site overlooking 4 main streets ( El Nozha st, Abo Bakr st, Salah Salem st, El Marghany st) in
Heliopolis-Egypt, a Hotel and community center are required to be designed with a program that contains (guestrooms, restaurants, entertainment zone, administration zone, and parking area) for the hotel and entertainment uses for the community center

The buildings are stepped in the following direction to achieve a smooth turning point.
The buildings area is reduced in the following direction to achieve completeness and coherence in the form.
1. Light Structure Dome:
Placed in the Southern Elevation to reduce the intensity of the received solar radiation.
2. Screens:
They are effective in the East and West elevation that are directly exposed to the sun all day, as well as their usage in passive heating.
3. Plantation:
They are placed along the corridors in the south to retain radiation and increase humidity.

The concept: Connectivity between all life stages leads to better humanity so basically, Buildings are connected with each other through different levels.
- After studying and analyzing the site, the following persuasions are taken:
*Stone material is widely used in facades to maintane the hot weather specially in summer.
*ARABIC ISLAMIC THEMED facades is to match the neighborhood style around the site.
*Modern architecture in an approach in the project and this is portrayed by the usage of gass curtain walls.
*Green architecture is also portayed by the large green gardens on the buildings and views everything in the school
*sustainability is highly considered in the project.

1. Main entrances should be on the Suez rd and Gamal Abd el Nasser rd.
2. Emergency entrances should be on Gamal Abd el Nasser rd for quick access to the near hospitals.
3. A pedestrian bridge should be made on the Suez rd to ease access from bus stations.
4. The buildings should be teated using passive control to minimize sun exposure in summer and allow it in winter depending on each facade.

CLUSTER MASTER PLAN
The cluster is designed to have a height to width ratio that ranges from of 1:1 to 1:4 with the landscape being in the middle This achieves strong containment
so the space is positive space
It was an experiment to study the sun direction and effect on school windows in Kuwait.
