The Butcher Shop
Longview staple, the Butcher Shop has great burgers and meals, and also has a full bakery. The shop has a rich history starting in 1983 when the family owned and operated business opened. They still prepare the meals the same way they did back then, just with a larger selection. The bread is baked daily in the morning and the beans and chili are free everyday to enjoy. They offer a popular Thursday night special, and some people might say it’s the best burger in town.
