Thieves strike at Aldi

THIEVES snatched the shopping and drill from someone’s car boot in the car park of the Ecclesfield branch of Aldi last week.

It was just after 3pm when a man was loading his shopping into the boot on Tuesday March 25.

South Yorkshire Police say a 34-year-old man had his shopping and a power drill taken from the boot of his car as he returned his shopping trolley.

Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 440 of March 24.
