ALTHOUGH we’re in lockdown again, the pandemic doesn’t seem to have affected the house market. In fact, house prices have increased and plenty of people are moving house still.

With many people on furlough, it could be a good time to move with the extra time at home spent packing up and moving.

However, if you want to stay put, the good news is that trades people are still allowed into your home to work, as long as you both take the necessary precautions.
