01 GET INSPIRED Take our vibe quiz on the website to unlock your personal design style. Then, peruse through our portfolio and digital lookbooks to see our Loot in action. Take a dive into our social media. You’ll realize quickly...the possibilities are endless.
02 CHECK OUT OUR LOOT Browse all of our rentals by category or vibe, or look specifically through our oneof-a-kind vintage pieces. No matter where you’re celebrating, you have access to the full collection of thousands of vintage and new furnishings and décor items we have to offer via our Austin and Fort Worth warehouses.
03 CREATE A WISHLIST It’s just like loading up that online shopping cart, but you’re building your dream event. Choose the items that spark joy in your design-loving heart individually, or see if one of our pre-styled packages strike your fancy - OR, if you need a little guidance, we’ve got your back. Shoot us a message at hello@lootrentals.com, and we’ll hook you up with one of our design experts to help bring your vision to life.

SAY HELLO
Our sales folks are the perfect combination of gracious, knowledgeable, and responsive, and all possess that going-the-extra-mile dedication. Trust us, you’ll love working with them. Once you submit your wishlist, you’ll be contacted within three business days with a proposal to get your order started.

LET US HOST YOU We have showrooms in Austin and Fort Worth filled with inspiration. We love hosting clients and showing off our collection in person at our monthly First Thursday open houses or with a one-on-one client consultation. Either way, we promise to give you a warm Texas welcome.
06 CLAIM YOUR LOOT After you’ve finalized your arsenal of event awesomeness, your items will be reserved for up to two weeks, or until you confirm your order with a nonrefundable 50% deposit.
07 IT'S EVENT DAY! You’ll likely have a plate full of things to fuss over, but this won’t be one of them. Our friendly and professional crew will deliver and install your items until you say it’s absolutely perfect. (Will-call option available for smaller orders.)

TIME FOR GOODBYES
After a memorable event that your guests rave about as they leave, our delivery crew will return to gather up the items, and carefully return them home to our warehouse to be cleaned up and primed for their next starring role.
09 TALK TO US...AND OTHERS Once you’ve had time to bask in the success of your event, we’ll send you a link to a quick survey. We’d love to hear from you about what was stellar about your experience, or if anything was not so hot. You can also do this by contacting your salesperson directly. We’re always striving to be better versions of our Looter selves. Overcome by your love for Loot? Please share the joy...we LOVE referrals. Have gorgeous photos to share on social media?
