WHY LOOT RENTALS LOVES WOODBINE MANSION We were immediately struck by the beauty of this mansion upon arrival. It is obvious this venue commands attention from all its neighborhood and has been doing so since the early 1900s. The location is beautiful, just north of Austin, in beautiful Round Rock. You arrive with a short 20 minute drive and wish to never leave. The three giant magnolia trees in the front are just the tip of the iceberg of what this special venue has to offer! Woodbine Mansion is a Texas Historical landmark located on 1.5 acres of beautifully manicured, lush landscape on Main Street. We love the appeal of the spacious lawn in the front and back of the property that can serve as two different spaces for your event. One area might be the ceremony, then guests can move to the other for reception. The house boasts different rooms that can be utilized in unique ways whether it be for cake cutting, or just a respite to steal a quiet moment away from the party. The possibilities are endless. We love the second level as well as it provides a comfortable and elegant backdrop for the wedding party to prepare for the big event that’s to come!
