This counseling can be done in a group setting or in individual settings. Most counseling sessions are a combination of both. After the counseling sessions they return home where they live. Inpatient treatment This is the best rehab treatment for those that have a full-blown addiction to meth or any other addiction. This is the most common treatment that offered for meth rehab. They offer the person a temporary home while they go through the program to get off meth and can last between thirty and ninety days. While in this program they will have individual and group counseling sessions along with educational classes. These classes are designed to give the person the tools to help them remain drug free after they leave rehab. It is a very helpful program because it removes the person from their outside life that is usually filled with the temptations and triggers to return to drugs.
