This publication concerns the so called "Hit and Run" tourism in south East Europe. This type of tourism generates mainly negative impacts on the heritage sites while income is almost absent.The report analyzes appropriate solutions which on one hand increase the number of tourists and on the other adopt an environmentally friendly strategy to preserve the value and beauty of the natural and cultural heritage.
