atelier BOTTA prof. G.Cappellato assist. L. Trentin, M. Molinari, S. Perregrini
Project of a Vacation house on the lake of Lugano. The entire project is inspired by Island of Borneo, Amsterdam, NL. To each student was given a building, all in communication thanks to the common passage, who had to arrange the internal space. I decided to divide the internal space in three parts, one was given to the services: kitchen, bathroom, closets and the stairs; the other two were given to the living space. My major concern was the traspiration between the two sides of the house, so it could be opened complitelly becoming sort of a gallery in complete communication with the outside and beautiful landscapes.

Project of a temporary pavillon for the film festival of Locarno. The site was “La rotonda made by the architect Galfetti. The entire space was divided in therty different sites for three different typologies: Patio, Tower, Hypogeum. To each student was given a movie, and the main aim of the exercise was to develope the pavillion starting from it. The one i was assigned was typology PATIO, movie: PULP FICTION. From this i started to develope my project. I decided to start by the fact of the frammentation of the movie, dividing my pavillion in different volumes for different uses: the bookshop, the stairs and the projecting room.

Design and Representation by acrilic paint. Study of several bulidings of the Junkerngasse of Vienna, understanding the light and the shadows of every element of the facede. Making the model become a theatre, opening and showing scenes of many themes. The one decided by my group was the movement, making a contraddiction to the staticism of the exterior.

atelier BLUMER prof. R. Blumer assist. M. Borghi, C. Raisi, D. Tomasina
Fom finding, shaping, experimenting a new approach to the concept of architecture with the theme of elastic architecture. By using the minimum number of elements i designed and realized a mobile structure which through the movement of the user could change defining a starting and a final shape, complitelly different one to another, exploiting the mechanical characteristic of the material. This gave life to a performace, which was done first in Lugano and repeated also at Triennale di Milano for the art and design fair. Model 1:1 bamboo

Rethinking the way we live and reinventing ways of relating with the natural landscape beyond its apparent limits. As the trees in an oasis, the vertical elements rappresent an element to reach that gives hope to the people in the middle of the desert. Inspired by Chillida and Boulleè we thought of a space that could have been rich of meaning and symbolism throught the use of materials, shapes and dimensions, defining an artifical oasis, which could be a shelter from the sun, or a space of meditation.

Project for a munsterhaus ( model house), inspired by the Japanese traditional house. The main aim for this project was to design a house which could have put anywhere, becoming the “the house of the XXI century”. I wanted to start from the archetyhipical idea of house( four walls with a pitched roof) taking the roof away, making it become only an architectural signal as the entrance on the angle. Starting from the concept of living and family, and reproducibility, i extremized to concept designing a house complitelly underground with no relation with the outside, except a direct one with the sky (natural light) through a big patio which is the only place where light comes from. I tried to give a very fluid space throw the use of open spaces and sliding doors. Model 1:20 wood, concrete Drawings 1:50 December 2013
