My Life Book: Re-designing conversation

Page 1

my life book

We live in a world where our relationships and way of life are in constant flux. No longer do people have one job all of their life. We may not even live in the same town or country for all of our lives, let alone in the same street. Increasingly our friends and family come and go from our lives, depending on where they live and what they are doing. The only thing that we can be certain of in life is that change is inevitable. The My Life book has been designed with a wide variety of people in mind. You may be moving to another place to start a new stage of your career, or you may be at the point of retirement. You may be starting a family, or have just gone through a separation. You may be preparing in advance for a decline in your own health, or preparing to support someone through their own life challenges. My Life book is designed as a fun and simple way to take a snap shot of who you are right now and who is in your life. Sharing your book with those in your life is a great way for the people in your life to get to know a little bit more about what is most important to you. Have fun telling your story.....
