The Lots for Tots Derby Franchise

is for Sale! As spring 2022 will mark the 5th anniversary of my being the Derby franchisee I have decided to move to another role and so Lots for Tots Derby will need a new Editor! I bought the Derby franchise from Becky, the second Editor of the Magazine in 2017. Without a background in marketing, publishing, graphic design or sales, I have been able to work independantly from home and am solely responsible for all aspects the business including; creation of each magazine, editorial, design of individual adverts, print and distribution of the magazine and invoicing and liaison with businesses and organisations for content. I also maintain the website and look after the social media pages. If you would like to work from home and are passionate about the magazine and supporting your local area & local parents this job is for you! This opportunity would ideally suit someone with children in Nursery, Pre-School or School as you need time in the day to commit to the business. The perfect franchisee would be highly driven to make a profi table success of the magazine and equally as important, get the useful information out to as many parents as possible! The distribution happens 4 times a year (so you will need a car and be prepared to personally deliver to all the nurseries, schools, businesses and organisations in and around Derby). The magazine is quarterly and revolves around school holidays. The franchise is a 5 year contract. You get full training, business manual and continued head offi ce support. All the hard work of setting up the company has been done, so all it needs is the right person with the drive to continue to grow it. After the 5 year term you can renew your contract or sell it on. If you want to create the lifestyle balance of satisfying work fi tting in with family life, then please get in touch.
