Although Louie has a hectic work schedule, but still he takes out some time for the activities he loves to do. He is passionate about cycling, and has been a part of Audax Alpine Classic, a cycle event organized at the end each January. He has participated two times (2013 and 2014) in this 20km bicycle run event.

Louie Abboud considers cycling a good cardiovascular exercise. You can kill two birds by one stone – have fun and fit body. Whenever you get a free time from your busy work, go out with friends, and enjoy the ride. Cycling is effective in increasing your heart rate and stimulating the respiratory system. Louie says that before riding a bike, one should make sure that he has proper clothing, extra chains, air pump, and other necessary things. When cycling for long distances, warm up your body for a few minutes.

Thank You Louie Abboud
