Excelsior stands on the site of what was once the largest printing and bookbinding works in the UK. The unique interior design looks to reinterpret the architectural history of the site and the surrounding historic area.

At a time when standardised residential developments are rising fast, Excelsior breaks the mould by presenting an exciting and forward-thinking approach to residential living. The design from UTH Studio encapsulates the modern attitude and characteristics of the city, whilst taking inspiration from the building’s ‘inky’ history to form an aesthetic unique to Excelsior.
