Samurai sake has the highest grade of rice polishing sake with a beautiful balance of dry and umami ; it has been carefully brewed to the elegant tradition of Japanese standards.

The most famous of all Japanese fruit. Tart and fragrant, this liqueur offers vibrant notes of freshly squeezed yuzu, making it the perfect palate cleanser. The flavour of Japan.

Kurume Distillery, Kyushu

Top grade honkaku shochu. Distilled with 87% sweet potatoes and 13% rice, fermented with black koji, it has a mellow flavour and a very rich finish with deep earthy and gentle mushroom notes.

LA OKINAWA

Tokyo Distillery, Tokyo

A unique citrus endemic to the Ryukyu Islands. Believed to be one of the secrets to the longevity of the Okinawan people, this fruit is similar to a calamansi but unique in flavour.

MILD MIZUHO

5 Year Old Awamori

Mizuho Distillery, Okinawa

The oldest distilled spirit in Japan. Mild Mizuho is a classic example of aged Awamori distilled with Thai rice and aged 3 years in stainless steel and 2 years in an underground ceramic tank giving it mellow characteristics and a mushroom aroma.

Eiko means ‘glory’ and is triple distilled on the Northern island of Hokkaido using sugar cane molasses before a quadruple filtration through Japanese White Birch giving it distinctly smooth and clean characteristics.

Etsu means ‘pleasure’ and has the perfect marriage of botanicals : Aromatic sansho pepper notes blend to perfection with the zesty aromas of Japanese citruses, including yuzu and dried orange peel.

Kiyomi means ‘pure beauty’ and is distilled on the beautiful Southern isles of Okinawa from locally grown sugar cane molasses, with a 3 week fermentation giving it incredible agricole characteristics, perfect in a Japanese Daiquiri.

Teeda means ‘sunshine’ and is rested and aged in new and refill casks at Okinawa’s oldest rum distillery, established by the Matsuda family in 1961, and is a smooth blend of Japanese rums between 5 and 15 years old.
