Dalva Ruby Port - £11.95 Of course, I had to keep a Port in the mix! If you are having a traditional Christmas with Christmas pudding or even just a fruity dessert, this is the one for you. And it won’t break the bank! After fermentation, a blended port is stored in large oak vats to preserve a deep red/purple colour and avoid oxidation. Ruby port is fruity on the nose with aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries. It is a well-balanced palate, with a sweat and attractive fruity aftertaste.
