Loyola Academy sports camps provide young boys and girls with the opportunity to learn and develop skills that will help them compete at a higher level in their given sport. They will also get a chance to meet Loyola Academy coaches and other boys and girls who are in the Loyola community; all of this in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

BASKETBALL
1ST–8TH GRADE GIRLS
This camp will focus on shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, and team play. The camp will be lead by the Loyola Academy varsity basketball coaches and current players. Campers wil be grouped by ability level and we will provide appropriate basket height for the 1st and 2nd grade levels.

LACROSSE
1ST–8TH GRADE GIRLS
The format will be the same as our summer camps - Loyola coaches, Loyola graduates that played in college and current Loyola players. All camps will at Loyola Academy on the stadium field in Wilmette. Girls will be grouped with players of like ability. Focus will be on lacrosse fundamentals, stick skills, offensive and defensive techniques and strategies and overall lacrosse IQ improvement. Equipment needed: lacrosse stick, protective eyewear, mouthguard.

LACROSSE
K–8TH GRADE BOYS
The focus will be on fundamental skills for both offense and defense, developing high lacrosse IQ and experiencing game-like situations. It is designed for all skill levels, beginner to advanced, and instruction will be provided by members of the Loyola Academy coaching staff. Fun and challenging drills will be provided and tons of reps to work on each player’s skills. We would like to teach and make your sons get better by working on the fundamental skills along with having fun. We will scrimmage once per week in addition to the skills days. Scrimmages will not be at Loyola Munz. Full equipment is required.

SPORTS CAMP INFORMATION
Discounts: A 25% sibling discount will be given for the second and any subsequent siblings registering for the same sport with the same coach. Discounts will be applied once the registrations are reviewed by the sports camp office. There will be no daily or weekly pro-rated discounts unless otherwise specified in the camp description.
Cancellations/Refunds: A $25 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be issued once the camp starts. Exceptions may be made for serious illness or injury.
Questions? All specific camp questions (i.e. weather, absences) should be directed to the individual camp Coach or Instructor. All coach information is listed with the camp information. Dates and times may change, please check goramblers.org/sportscamps for any updated information. Coaches may email weather updates or changes in schedules.
