CAPEX Analysis of Investment Decisions

Corporate Governance

Identifying the needs of stakeholders. The essence and development of corporate governance.

Corporate governance codes and regulation. The role of the Board of Directors.

International corporate governance and the OECD. Growing trends in corporate governance.
