HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ONLINE AUCTIONS

Head to the Live Auction Bidding Page (this can be found via past DSC emails, on the Auctions tab of biggame.org, or the Virtual Auction landing page).

Click on Create Account on the righthand side of the screen (desktop) or new user on the right-hand side of your phone (mobile).

Fill in your information and be sure to check the appropriate reminders to make sure that you receive all the updates about the auctions.

New users will have to confirm their email with an activation link. Find the link in your email to confirm and you are ready to start bidding!

If you do not wish to register, you may arrange for a Personal Bidder to place bids on your behalf. Contact Christie Selle, DSC Auctions, at (972) 980-9644 or Christie@ biggame.org with more information. Personal Bidder arrangements must be finalized by Tuesday, Feb.9.

HOW TO START BIDDING

DESKTOP

1. If you click on a certain night, you can see all the items up for that auction:

- You can browse as the list is presented

- Search by the item number (right side of screen)

- Sort the list with different filters such as number of bids or bookmarks (right side of screen)

- Search the list with a keyword like ibex or rifle.

When you see an item that you are interested in, you can:

- Place Bid (green button)

- Bookmark (gray button)

- See more with Item Details (blue button)

- Subscribe to Closing Notifications (gray button on top of item)

You can also use the “Search Items” tab at the top if you want to go straight to a keyword search and bid or bookmark from there.

MOBILE

1. If you are on Mobile version, you can search items and use filters as well. Your choices for each item are:

- Bookmark

- Subscribe to Closing Notifications

- Bid Now Be sure to update your Payment Settings and additional Settings & Subscriptions to make sure you set up any email or text notifications you may want. Look for additional personalization by updating your bookmarks or saving search keywords, which will send you a personalized email of items that match your search with Auction Butler.

MAX Bid by increasing the amount to the highest bid you would place. The system will then place incremental bids on your behalf each time you have been outbid up until your MAX Bid. You will be notified if your MAX Bid has been outbid, but you will be required to either bid on your own from that point or place a new, high MAX Bid.
