Inside LSU Basketball

Inside LSU Basketball presented by Communicty Coffee provides a behind-the-scenes look into the LSU basketball program. Each week LSU head coach Will Wade breaks down highlights, provides in-depth analysis, and profiles the 2020-21 Tigers. Inside LSU Basketball is syndicated weekly (see affiliates list) throughout the state of Louisiana and across the south on Bally Sports. Inside LSU Basketball debuts in December 2021 and runs through early March 2022.

LSU Sports Radio Network

Radio Network History

The LSU Sports Radio Network, a division of LSU Sports Properties, brings Tiger basketball to LSU fans and alumni around the world. With four 50,000-watt affiliates, three 100,000-watt FM stations and two clear-signal 50,000 watt AM stations, LSU Fighting Tiger Basketball is distributed by satellite throughout the South. The LSU Sports Radio Network is anchored by flagship WDGL Eagle 98.1 FM in Baton Rouge.

The LSU Sports Radio Network is one of the most progressive college radio networks in the country, utilizing an in-house radio studio to originate more than 250 live broadcasts of LSU football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and softball annually.

Eagle 98.1 is also the home of football and baseball. WYPY Talk 107.3 FM serves as a flagship station for women’s basketball and softball.

In addition to live games, network programming includes a weekly live coaches’ shows for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball.

The Will Wade Show

The Will Wade Show, a weekly one-hour radio program returns for the 2020-21 season. It is designed to give Tiger fans a chance to visit both live and by phone with LSU Coach Will Wade.

The show will be hosted this season by the Voice of the Tigers, Chris Blair. The show will be broadcast again this year from T. J. Ribs on Acadian Thruway.

Fans have the opportunity to come out and watch the show. There is also a call-in segment that features questions from listeners on the LSU Sports Radio Network, in the Geaux Zone at LSUsports.net and on Twitter.

The first show, with Coach Wade, is Nov. 29 and runs primarily on either Mondays or Wednesdays through the remainder of the regular season.

The Will Wade Radio Show is broadcast from T. J. Ribs on Acadian Thruway.

Former LSU Head Basketball Coach John Brady will join the Voice of the Tigers, Chris Blair, for their fifth year togetheron the broadcasts.
