Statement of the problem • Two years earlier hemimaxillectomy on the right side was performed • No radiotherapy was involved • Additional support and retention for an obturator prosthesis is needed • Treatment plan: – provide two zygoma implant in the rigth zygomatic bone. – No additional implants were placed on the left side, since all teeth on the left side are healthy

Prosthetic treatment • Both zygoma implants were connected with a small bar provided with a ball attachement • The existing prothesis was adapted to take support on the bar and ball attachement
