PROFILE As a young architect I’m interested in Architectural and Interior Design. I really like working on the forniture design, trying to find the best technical solution in each project I’m involved in. ARCHITECTURAL MODEL
The project consists of a modular architectural model. The single unit structure is made of bamboo rods arranged in triangular shapes, which are connected to each other by tie rods forming a square layout. The aggregation of these modules allows to obtain almost infinite layout combinations, thanks to the possible location of the walls on two ideal grids: one orthogonal and the other with a 45 degrees inclination.
This work comes from the topic of the international competition Kaira Looroâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 2020 edition . The subject was the design of a structure that will house an EOC (Emergency Operations Center) and that can help the humanitarian operations of international organisations, allowing them to act with the most efficiency in subsaharian Africaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s context, using local matherials and techniques.

CONCEPT The project comes from the need of a self standing modular cabinet system where the â&#x20AC;&#x153;flankin effectâ&#x20AC;? of different modules is not perceived.

WORKFLOW The parametric Grasshopper model realized for this project allows to quickly manage anytime the cabinetâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s dimensions, the panelâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s thickness, the number and typology of the doors and many more parameters. This approach allows to realize very quickly many different configurations of the same project.

A script has been written using the same software, through which it is possible to load a 3d model and automatically obtain the measure of each cabinetâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s component, manage their arrangement and directly print the cutting sheet.

COCKTAIL CABINET Work Rivisondoli - AQ - 2020
PROJECT This multifunctional compact cabinet, is been designed for a tiny Mountain House. The need was to have a closet, a bar, a cellar and a cigar cabinet, saving the maximum space in the house. The project consists in five components, one for each different function, arranged into a rational square grid, with a retractable counter.
