Kameron Rich is a prime example of that truth in the world.

attended Maize High School. From there, she went on to Butler County Community College and Wichita State University, earning her Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, and Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate.
As Kameron got her start in her career about 10 years ago, she started as a Brokerage Assistant for Occidental Management and left to pursue working as full-time Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent has been with ReeceNichols South Central Kansas the past four years.
“I have worked as a Sales and Leasing Associate for the last seven years. I specialize in retail, office, single tenant representation for standalone buildto-suit franchisees and help locate investment opportunities for local and regional investors,” Kameron explains.
“I have a strong passion for understanding my clients’ unique needs and can quickly establish a rapport with new clients.”
Lofty Accolades
Through time, Kameron has steadily built her record of achievement, receiving numerous accolades, including earning a spot among the Realtors of South Central Kansas President’s Club, in addition to Master’s Club status in 2022. She also ranked as the Top Commercial Agent for ReeceNichols South Central Kansas from 2020 to 2022. Plus she was featured by the Wichita Business Journal in its 2022 Women Who Lead: Real Estate, Construction and Design feature.
Along the way, Kameron has amassed nearly $30 million in career sales volume, including over $7 million in sales volume in 2022.
